Some idiot took $200 k in $100 bills and threw it out his car window onto a busy highway...poor peeps and grubs risked life and limb to scarf it up...

Cops tried to find evidence but the poor peeps and grubs got it all..


No charges filed...

Dude has $200k less...now...

Grubs are a lot richer...
