Every time I hear any movement tagged with "Justice" at the end, I know it's a LEFTY scam, a heist in the planning stages.
Pea brains are always suckers for that word "Justice".

I would like to see the checks start flowing. They could sell Government Reparation Justice Bonds at 4.75% interest and woke people would eat them up. A few years later, the city files bankruptcy.

Another option is a non-black tax. It has been estimated to need to be $600K per person.

They’ve way ahead of you. You have to be black and be there for ten years. They don’t want blacks moving there to get a check.

You start the thread with $5Mil per. There is more. The commission also wants the elimination of all current debt. Free housing. $95,000 per year for something like 240 years, which would obviously go to their children. In my mind there are going for the "shock" negotiation. Start out with an outrageous sum and hope someone is stupid enough to say, $5Mil is too much...how about $1mil, to which they will quickly jump on.

It is important to note that this isn’t really about $5 million payouts that are not going to happen. This is about Democrat leadership reminding blacks that they are inferior and victims of systemic racism and the Democrat leadership cares enough to try to help.
