At what price (if any) are they worth buying?

I see them listed at $39.99 for boxes of 24.
I'm tempted but not if they're total schitt.
The 10th annys are $60 for 24.

The cabs were a decent cigar, not sure if they still are. Haven't tried the 10th Aniv. yet.

Less than $2 ea. so I don't expect they'll blow my socks off. As long as they're smokeable I'll be happy.
Thanks for the insight.

$2.50 ain't a bad price. Both the Habano and Maduro need to age naked in a humidor for at least a few months. The maduro, if given time (1 year) tastes a lot like La Gloria Serie N.

It's a yard gar. If the price is right fine. If not pass.

Smoked a Maduro cab robusto yesterday-not sure how old it was, but it has to be at least a year or two old. A bit disappointing as I used to buy these whenever the price was right and thought they were a good cigar. Anyhow, my palate has been a bit off lately. It was the first cigar of the day and after lunch and I thought it was rather strong. I picked up a little flavor but could not describe it. It burned a bit unevenly and never self corrected. I have given several of these to others in the past and everyone thought they were a good cigar, including me. Could have been a bad cigar, bad crop, bad smoker or maybe just not as good as I remembered them. I must still have 40 or more in my stash.

well, I have one box on the way so we'll see I guess.
Price was right and hopefully they're smokeable. If not then they'll make a fine mulch or mooch gar.

I think you will find them OK. More convinced today that my palate is definitely off.

Where is anyone seeing FyR 10th RL anywhere at 60 for a box of 24? The bids here were often higher than that.

I think it was on one of them internet pages. Only the figurados left and 9 hours and change left on the deal.

cigars arrived today so here are a few ROTT impressions for anyone that might be interested.

Very nice packaging. Lacquered cedar chest of 24 cigars, I bought the unicos vitola.
Ribbons, cedar shakes, all the fancy stuff.

Nice looking, oily dark maduro wrapper. The cigars have a hefty feel and are very firm. Over all construction is excellent.

Smoked one right away. I have to say that the smoke production from the foot was the most I've ever seen in my 30+ years of cigar smoking. I haven't smoked that many maduros so maybe that was it but it was like a forest fire.

Taste was classic (I think) maduro. Didn't blow my skirt up but it was very mild, smooth and pleasant with just a hint of spice. No transitions or complex flavors but a nice easygoing smoke that burned perfectly straight and never got hot or harsh. I think they'll make a nice morning coffee smoke.

The box date on these is Feb/17 so, it would be tough to find a fresher cigar unless you rolled it yourself. Doubt very much that these will improve with age but I'll stash a few just for grins.

Would probably be unhappy if I'd payed anywhere near full retail price for these but at the sub $2 per cigar range they're a steal IMO.

And there you have it, thanks for watching. Angel
