On a recent buying trip through South America, the head cheese of CI was driving back to PA . Going through Mexico he noticed a cigar burn in his car seat and decided to stop at the Home Depot outside of Tijuana to get some duct tape to fix it. While there, he spied a bunch of illegal American immigrant day laborers. Having thoughts of updating all the CI and affiliated company programming, he asked if there were any software engineers or programmers in the group. As luck would have it, 8 of the 15 guys were in fact, engineers and programmers. Being the frugal guy that he is the CI chief hired all 8 of the guys for a day @ $2.50/hr to update and upgrade all the CI programming to better serve you, the customer. Long story short, this why if you ordered from any CI company in the last 2 weeks you most likely do not have your cigars and if you were lucky enough to get some it was probably incomplete or not your order at all.
