Just checked on Big Bear, he's good.

Think most of the damage was well to the east of him. Should be ok.

We are safe and sound. A tornado touched down about 5 miles north of us, and another about 20 miles to the southeast. I watched the NOAA weather radar on my phone all day long. There was a long wide path of severe weather that stretched across south Louisiana. At the tail end there was a path in the middle that only had some very short periods of heavy rain. Fortunately, our FEMA trailer was in that buffer zone.

Did not realize until this A.M. that Baton Rouge was also hit. Damage was more widespread than I knew.

Appears only wind damage reported in the Sip and the other LA.
