Some poor black guy steals a few thousand some where on the EAST SHORE and they send him up the RIVER FOR 10+ years to the BIG HOUSE...

idk....I don't think central PA radio stations are in danger of playing anything by Kanye...I wouldn't be surprised if you had trouble finding someone in their normal listening audience who'd ever heard anything by him
