Smoked my next to last "Pepin rolled" Padilla Miami 8&11 last night. WOW! I forgot just how much I liked this blend, and after about 3 years of sitting in the humi, it was even better than I anticipated.

quincycrumb: The CI Annys are entirely serviceable. Wouldn't write home about them, but nothing to complain about. Smooth, well constructed, especially if you like box press. For 3 bucks and free shipping, I'd say try 'em. Would make a good morning gar with coffee.

11? Graycliff Emerald torp

Pricey as hell, but I've been dying to try them. 1st smoke of the day with some ice water. Nice grassy/hay with (I swear) a slight hint of mint.

Buy again? Not at CI prices.
Glad you did? Very much, I enjoyed this unique smoke a lot.

Diesel Shorty: only one week rest, less spice than reg. Diesel but more chocolate/coffee and a short bitter finish. These should get better.

La requiZa: much more pepper, not nearly the easy maddie flavors as the diesel but a nice finish to a long day.

21. Augusto Reyes Criollo Gordo. Friend gave me this awhile ago and I figured I'd try it this morning before heading into work. I must say, it is the lightest tasting cigar I've ever had. But for the smoke, I don't think I'd know I was smoking it. To the point of being odd, it is.

Gimbel, you'll like em if you like maduros....

Meant to post where everyone was giving Kimber suggestions for smokes.....Isla del Sol is a great cheapie that's not over done on the flavors. Gotta use punch though.
