justforfun, looks like you have a great view where you live! My wife & I have about 5 or 6 feeders in our backyard. We enjoy bird watching on sunny days.

241 toll road in background?

Yup, you pretty much have the area. The majority of road way you see is Chapman (or its extension -- Santiago Canyon) and the bridge area to the left side of photo is a portion of the 241 toll road.

Hmmmmm I never really noticed any homes even at a distance from the toll road,I exit there(Chapman-SD Canyon) often on my way to Maxamars in Orange.I'll have to pay closer attention I guess...LOL

I have a bird bath and feeder in my back yard. The water is frozen in the feeder and I haven't seen a bird in the feeder since early November. Gotta love Wisconsin.

Darn...I meant the water in the bird BATH is frozen.
