smithbw,
I'm sure your coolerdor is going to look really nice lined in Spanish cedar, but if may not be necessary if you are keeping your cigars in boxes made from Spanish cedar. The effect is the same, it just doesn't look as nice. Just a thought. Cbid auctions these off all the time and you can get them on the cheap compared to purchasing Spanish cedar. Although, I must say, those vertical coolerdors look really snazzy lined in Spanish cedar.

JD1,

You are so right! I do have a few Spanish Cedar boxes (7) which just happen to be full too...

I can't smoke them fast enough. I have another shipment from CI enroute and just made a hugh purchase from the local tobacco shop. I don't even want to think about the recent trades that are forthcomming.

What is a man to do?

Thank you for your comments. I always welcome these type of suggestions.

Regards,

In similar threads elsewhere,I've read that Spanish Cedar can be purchased in thin sheets at specialty home furnishing stores. If you look through the phonebook and make a couple calls you might get lucky,as in buying larger sheets.

Ken,

Thanks for your help. You are right I read that too, all I could find was the treated kind. Did not want to take a risk. If you know what I mean.

Thanks again for your feedback - Awesome!

B
