ARE moving out of California to Boise Idaho area towns like EAGLE IDAHO...

THEY ALL MAKE 6 FIGURE PENSIONS A YEAR FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY N.O.T.H.I.N.G. BUT SUCKING OFF THE TEET OF THE CALIFORNIA TAXPAYERs!!!these carpet baggers are buying up all the real estate in Idaho and running for political offices up there...
The townies and locals say they aren't conservative enough and that they are trying to raise COP & FIREMANS SALARIES UP TO CALIFORNIA $$$ INCOME LEVELS, CHANGING ZONING LAWS and just in general being carpet bagger bullies & scum with no morals...

Anybody live in Boise, IdAhO???

I know this happened in Seattle Washington and Portland Oregon in the late 80's and all through the entire 90's when Californians sold their house for multiple millions then bought nice way way cheaper huts( actually 2-3 times nicer/bigger than what they sold) in the afore mentioned areas...they created an inflated real estate mkt that the locals could no longer buy even a small hut for quadruple what they used to pay...

I’ve been to Eagle years ago for a wedding When it was a small but growing resort/golf town. They had Californians then and I laughed at their bitching and said “just wait”…

There’s a few certainties in life. Death. Taxes.

And Californian equity refugees.

Blame CA, not the people. If CA hadn't made the place unlivable... people would stay there.

I had a nice neighborhood, low crime rate, perfect weather 90% of the time... but all the taxes, expenses, gas prices, and other assorted fees push people out.

I get a CalPers pension... and they can't tax it because I left. That's THEIR fault. I worked for it and earned it.

Tax Increase Coming for Millions of Californians on Jan. 1 | California Insider

The change will increase contributions by taxing all wages 1.1 percent, thus boosting the tax rate from 9.3 to 10.4 percent for those making between $68,350 and $349,137, and up to 14.4 percent for the highest earners making more than $1 million a year.

Sooooo... 10.4% or ZERO percent. Real easy decision.
