Not paying rent to their landlord to the tune of $3.6 million...
Moved all there wine from cave storage at Perfect 55 degrees into a highrise warehouse....they couldn't pay their bills so they started selling all the expensive wine being stored there by rich wine coinessuiers to other dumb ass rich peeps especially ones that were super rare and they knew the actual other owners but bought it anyway....

No body can reach the TWO BUMS WHO OWN THE BIDNESS...
ONE GUY is a middle eastern QueBall shifty looking dude and the other is some dumb fat tall guy with greasy hair...they both look like GRIFTER losers...

Jonsey, fraud and theft are commonplace in high end wine world. Letting anyone else cellar your wine is stupid. Buying wine at high end auctions is stupid, even if the provenance appears legitimate.
