CB lowered the number of the item I won

Is it common that CB lowers the number of units you win when bidding in ending soon. My bid was for 4 units I received 2 units. I wasn’t charged for the other 2 but that BS to change what I bid on.

Ok, you need to provide us with a link to the lot your are talking about.
Most likely, as noted above, you were sniped, and SOMETIMES, if you don’t refresh the page, it will still show that you won 4.
So, what were they?
Bundles?
Fivers?
Teners?
Boxes?
Lighters?

Just tell us, and CeltiBomber will get to the bottom of it.

Well it asked how many would I like, I selected 4, usually I get the number of items I bid on. When I win. It said 4 max.
