I didn't get it, I won't get it and it does NOT work.

I didn't care if I got rona, I DID get rona and it was nothing like it was purported to be.

I did not push the idea that people shouldn't get the shot. SOME people, who are at serious risk from it, SHOULD get the shot.

But the fact is, we were lied to about its efficacy, and most people should absolutely not get an experimental shot. Especially the young and healthy.

What verified government provided source or reputable study shows SPS as being linked to the shot? I am trylu interested as the only reference i can find is VAERS which is like the Wikipedia of government sites...

Long time, no post. How y'all doing?

I'm a Federal contractor and they tried to push the jabs on us (about 6,000 people where I work), and 20% of us said hell no (myself included) so they canceled the mandate at work because it would be next to impossible to hire 1,200 people in the nuclear industry on short notice. So for us, we had a pretty big victory.

Personally, I don't care one way or the other if a person gets jabbed or doesn't, but my issue is people being forced to take it.

Thanks. I'm going to try to stick around rather than ghosting out for years on end. After school, I worked in New Mexico for 6 years and I've now been in Tennessee for 5 years (I work as a contractor building toys for the DoD). Fun stuff, up until the mandates, then our victory of us being able to choose was huge. I was about a week away from walking off my job before they killed the mandate, so I'm quite lucky. Ironically, I work in the National Security arena, and this jab has been quite the opposite.

So you ask me a buncha questions, but don't want answers?

I would have erred on the side of freedom. No lockdowns. No mandates. Get the Pharma rolling on a solution. Do not create a fkn panic over it. Do not make it seem much worse than it actually is/was.

And when the Pharma came up with this "shot", allow people to make their own decisions on if they want to take it, while being honest about the testing (or lack thereof) and efficacy.

So yes... much like we did with the last pandemic, let freedom ring, and let it run it's course.

Didn't say I didn't want your answers. Was curious. Freedom and get rolling on a solution are nice campaign slogans.

Assuming they came up with a shot in the time frame they did, how much longer would you test it, vs. the time frame used?
Whether you say an extra day or and extra year or decade, there is no clue on how many more people would have died.

Your approach would have cost more lives and is little on the detail. Plus, 98.2% of the elephants here would still call you a tyrant or idiot. I don't think you are either, but I'm really happy neither of us are in charge of the Covid response. Tim was way down the pyramid and now he's the devil here.

Well, he claimed to know more than we did, and now it turns out what he "knew" was wrong... so... there's that.

The world is not safe. It's never going to be safe. Life is terminal. The gov't can't change that and history has shown us every time they try to help, it does the exact opposite.

The shot hasn't prevented anyone from contracting covid. They now claim that it doesn't do that, when they first said it did. Does it really help people? Are there solid studies of that, yet?

I've read that studies are now showing that people who did not get the shot and contracted and recovered from covid are much better off against it, now. *shrug*

How the hell do we know what the frank to believe nowadays? We've been franking lied to so much I trust nothing anymore.

Getting a vaccination won’t prevent you from getting any disease.

Just like wearing a seat belt won’t prevent you from getting in a car crash…

^That was stupid on a number of counts.

MMR, small pox and Polio vaccines do, in fact, prevent the disease.

Seat belts aren't supposed to prevent car accidents. They prevent people from flying around the inside of the car when the accident happens.

And if the gov't is telling you anything that doesn't sound right, and you just go along with it without asking questions... that's on you.
