Never seen it before...but, I haven't had any orders from here in over 2 years.

Must be some b.s. charge like that Fuel Tax charge some companies add onto your order.

Yes, haven't you been reading the reports? Due to global warming caused by our burning of fossil fuels and the destruction of the rain forests the PO Box has been added to the endangered list. It is estimated that there are no more than 200 mating pairs left in the wild.
