Hello.. have a box that may be lost. Order was placed 8/30, its now 9/22.
tried contacting CB through the website 5 times, with no answer. Today I tried to call the 800 number. got a message that they are closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Any idea whats going on?

Hope nothing major happened.

Call your CC company and have them cancel the charge.

Otherwise, you could try calling again and waiting on hold for an hour or more hoping to get through.

They are having some "growing pains" ATM.

The phone thing will work again. There seems to be a periodic issue with this closed message. The CC charge cancelation could be a viable route also
