‘Bidenomics’ Is So Bad It’s A Punchline, But Americans Aren’t Laughing

Biden and his allies are comically oblivious to the deeply personal pain ‘Bidenomics’ has inflicted on Americans.

Last week, in a campaign stop at a Pennsylvania coffee shop, President Biden seemed shocked at the $6.00 price of his smoothie. When asked if the president was out of touch with the economic issues facing Americans, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre tried to dodge the question. Finally, she answered by explaining that President Biden was just “joking around.”

That made it official. “Bidenomics” had gone from failure to punchline.

Now that the 2024 election approaches, Biden and his allies are panicky. They say you are wrong and economic times are great. You should stop complaining and thank them for what they’ve done for (to) you.

Blaming the victim will not save Biden. Here is why.

Your Money Is Worth Less and Less

In 2019, before Democrats (primarily) closed the schools and economy, the median household income in the United States was $78,250. Under Biden, real median household income dropped to $74,580. And you can’t blame Covid. Between 2021 and 2022 (after the pandemic ended), median household income dropped under Biden by 2.3 percent, and median household income after taxes dropped by 8.8 percent. People know when they bring home less money.

Under Biden, cumulative annual average inflation is nearly 20 percent. For every dollar you had in 2020, you now have only about 80 cents. During Trump’s presidency, cumulative inflation totaled a near-perfect 7.9 percent. I say “near perfect” because the Fed’s target rate over that period would be about 8.2 percent (2 percent each year), since some inflation is better than the risk of deflation.

And this comparison is not fair to Trump because his figure includes four years of inflation whereas Biden’s includes only three. Incredibly, Biden demands praise for “reducing” inflation to its current 3.4 percent rate. Yet Biden’s best year is 48 percent worse than Trump’s worst year and 70 percent worse than the Fed’s target. When your best is bad, that’s not good. People know when they pay much more for much less.

Your Savings Are Beyond Saving

Not only are your dollars worth less, but you also have less of them. Before Covid, personal savings in the U.S. reached $1.447 trillion. By year-end 2022, that figure dropped to $686 billion. You say, of course, savings were depleted; the economy was closed during Covid. In actuality, savings in the U.S. increased to $2.99 trillion during Covid. That’s what makes the depletion of savings under Biden so staggering — savings dropped from $2.99 trillion to $686 billion during Biden’s so-called “recovery.” People know when they exhaust their savings accounts.

Before Covid, retirement assets for Americans totaled nearly $41 trillion. Retirement assets dropped to $37.8 trillion in 2022 and to $35.7 trillion by third quarter 2023. Again you ask, Covid? Not so. American retirement assets actually peaked at $44 trillion during Covid. It was the Bidenomics “recovery” that caused retirement assets to drop substantially. People know when they deplete their retirement accounts.

Americans Are Deep In Debt and Poverty

Under “Bidenomics,” credit card debt has soared. In the third quarter of 2023, American credit card debt increased an astonishing 16.6 percent year-over-year. Again, you can’t blame Covid because this increase occurred after Covid under the Bidenomics “recovery.” Not only do you have more debt, but you pay higher interest rates on that debt. According to WalletHub, the average credit card interest rate when Biden took office was about 14.7 percent. By November 2023, that rate rose to 21.47 percent.

When Biden took office, the average interest rate for an auto loan was 4.56 percent, and the average home loan was just over 3 percent. By the end of August 2023, the auto rate rose to 7.4 percent, and the home loan rate had more than doubled. If you could afford a $500,000 house under Trump, you can only afford a $325,000 house under Biden. People know when they cannot afford a home and when they pay high interest rates for credit.

“Bidenomics” increased the federal debt to $34 trillion. Paying interest on the debt in 2023 cost the American people $659 billion. This represents close to 25 percent of all 2023 federal income tax receipts. One out of every four of your 2023 income tax dollars paid for … nothing. If the federal government confiscated all personal savings from every American, it might cover next year’s interest payment on the debt. Then again, it might not. This interest figure has nearly doubled since Biden took office. Under Biden, paying interest is the government’s fourth largest spending “program.”

Not only has Bidenomics created more federal debt, but it has also raised the interest rates that taxpayers must pay to service that debt. Bidenomics has caused interest rates to increase for everything, including government debt. The interest paid now is weighted in favor of pre-Bidenomics, low-interest government debt. In future years, interest payments will be weighted more heavily in favor of high-interest Bidenomics debt. People know they, their children, and their grandchildren will have to pay these outrageous bills.

Add to this list that in 2022, the supplemental poverty and supplemental child poverty rates increased by 59 percent and 138 percent, respectively, and that under Biden the number of homeless Americans has reached its highest level since HUD started keeping the figure.

The Economy Is Not Growing

Biden points to “low” unemployment and GDP “growth” as evidence of success. But those characterizations are misleading. Before Covid, the unemployment rate was 3.5 percent. Now it is 3.7 percent — which is not “low” compared to the pre-pandemic rate. Furthermore, the labor-force participation rate under Biden was a paltry 62.5 percent as of December 2023, nearly a full point below pre-Covid labor participation. This means a smaller percentage of Americans are working under Biden than pre-Covid, regardless of the unemployment rate.

Biden’s “job creation” claims likewise are deceptive. In July 2023, 161.26 million Americans were employed. By December 2023, that number dropped to 161.18 million. Yet during this same period, the Labor Department reported that the economy added more than 1 million jobs. You ask, how can this be? It’s simple, these two statistics measure different things.

The first measures the number of people employed. The second measures the number of jobs people are working. The two numbers reconcile in the following way: More people are having to work more than one job. Under Biden, the number of people working multiple jobs has been on the increase since the spring of 2020. For many Americans, “Bidenomics” is a sentence to hard labor. People know when they have to work harder to feed their families.

Biden faces similar problems with his economic “growth” argument. During Covid, Democrats (primarily) closed down large portions of the economy. Of course, GDP was going to grow once the economy reopened. There would have been GDP growth had we put The Three Stooges in charge. But by going from substantially closed to completely open, the economy should have grown robustly. In fact, average GDP growth during Biden’s term will be less than the historical U.S. average since 1950. Moreover, much of this “growth” has been sustained by the depletion of savings and retirement assets, increased consumer borrowing, and outlandish government deficit spending. Decreased savings and increased borrowing suggest high near-term consumption at the expense of steady, long-term consumption. It is a form of GDP “channel stuffing.”

Yet the bigger problem for Biden and his allies is their comical obliviousness to the deeply personal pain Bidenomics has inflicted on Americans to “achieve” Biden’s so-called “results.” That pain includes earnings losses, massive inflation, depletion of savings and retirement assets, excessive debt, exorbitant interest rates, harder work, increased poverty, and out-of-control government spending. People know when their lives are worse and their futures look bleak, no matter how many times Biden claims otherwise.

“Bidenomics” has attained punchline status. Unfortunately for most Americans, it is gallows humor.

All predictable.

Barack Obama once said of U.S. President Joe Biden, "Don't underestimate Joe's ability to **** things up.". Such a glowing review of his mentor.

A Troubled, Perhaps Desperate Clyburn, Reminds Young Black Voters if They Don’t Vote Biden “They Ain’t Black”

Things are going to roll out exactly the way they are easily predicted to roll out, as long as people stop pretending.

An NBC article highlights South Carolina Congressman James Clyburn as one of the central players in the game of Biden. As the article notes, Clyburn heads into the AME Church network, worried that young black voters might not support the game. The emphasis within the article is essentially correct, but the narrative framework is fraught with pretending.

In the big picture the Black Lives Matter (BLM) group are the ballot harvesters, the essential foot soldiers for the race-based electoral system Clyburn and Obama constructed. The AME network are the ballot counters, the precinct poll workers, spread throughout the various urban enclaves of Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, Virgina and both Carolinas. It’s a race-based coalition, dependent on conformity to achieve the objective.

Clyburn is worried the BLM segment of the process, the younger group, does not hold the enthusiasm needed to fulfill their role. The AME network is prepared to be loyal to the agenda, but without the foot soldiers’ things will be much more difficult, and many of those foot soldiers don’t like the Biden outcomes. The BLM group feel they are being taken for a ride, which they are, and the only outcome will be more of the same.

Making matters worse for Clyburn, and by extension Obama, and by extension Biden, many of the younger black voters are aligned with the non-pretending Donald Trump; the guy who actually has delivered on things that are important to them. It’s harder to hate the white guy when the results from the white guy reflect the absence of anything about racial division.

The younger black voters are thinking more for themselves, and the generational peer pressure isn’t as effective as it used to be. This growing trend of intellectual independence has been a worsening problem for the racially focused AME/BLM electoral playbook, and teeth gnashing Clyburn is trying his best to stamp out the Free State of Jones rebellion.

The NBC article is a glimpse into the problem within the AME/BLM strategy of James Clyburn and Barack Obama. The last time they could not motivate their people to adhere to their tribal demands, Hillary Clinton lost the election. Without the organized ballot collectors, the counting fraud of the AME group is too heavy a lift. Both groups need to work in unity if they are to pull off the 2024 plan.

(VIA NBC) – Clyburn was the guest speaker at a Black church here on a recent Sunday, telling the audience that a certain candidate for high office deserves to lose. He didn’t mention Donald Trump by name, but it was clear whom he meant.

The Democratic congressman from South Carolina rattled off a list of ways Trump has insulted Black Americans over the years. Sitting in the pews, the largely middle-aged and older congregants applauded the message. The trouble for Clyburn, 83, is that the people he most needs to hear him weren’t the ones listening.

The next day, Clyburn cast an early vote for President Joe Biden in South Carolina’s Democratic primary. He held a news conference afterward and laid out the stakes.

Without Clyburn, there might never have been a Biden presidency. In 2020, his endorsement revived Biden’s flailing campaign. Clyburn cemented Biden’s status as the favorite of Black voters, helping him win the South Carolina primary and vaulting him to the party nomination.

Now, polling shows that young Black voters are peeling away from Biden in numbers that worry Democratic officials. Clyburn, for his part, sounds indignant. (read more)

If you know the ruse, then you can read the NBC narrative through the non-pretending filter. I strongly urge everyone to understand how this process takes place, and exactly why Clyburn is so worried. The truth isn’t racist, it’s the truth!

This DNC operative pushed Pedo Joe across the starting line. You'd think he'd be embarrassed colluding with an avowed racist. I bet the money is good though.

Biden Finally Remembers To Visit East Palestine, One Year After Toxic Train Derailment

Recall nearly one year ago, the mayor of East Palestine, Ohio, ripped President Biden a new one for traveling halfway across the world to Ukraine, where he pledged half a billion dollars to a foreign government, even as a chemical fallout from a train derailment battered residents in the small Ohio town.

http://tinyurl.com/348jvynu

Shortly after the train derailment, while animals were dying and people were getting sick from the toxic fumes, millions of Americans asked: Where was Biden?

Well...

The people of East Palestine were not pleased with the president for ignoring them:

http://tinyurl.com/22cxxd9z

However, just weeks after the incident, former President Trump arrived in East Palestine, where he told residents: "You're not forgotten."

http://tinyurl.com/3j7r8225

Now, almost one year later, Biden's polling numbers are near an all-time low as Bidenomics fails, the invasion on the southern border worsens, and the administration's foreign policy is seen as a disaster as it appears Ukraine is not winning the war against Russia and a major conflict looms in the Middle East. The 80-something-year-old president finally remembered about East Palestine.

The Wall Street Journal reports that the White House plans to send the president to East Palestine for the first time.

The White House said the purpose of the visit would be for the president to "asses the progress that his Administration has helped deliver in coordination with state and local leaders to protect the community and hold Norfolk Southern accountable."

In the last year, EPA Administrator Michael Regan and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg visited and spoke with local leaders and community members.

Meanwhile, shortly after the incident, Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine asked the Biden administration to issue a disaster declaration as 116,000 gallons of the carcinogen vinyl chloride exploded into the air after five tank cars derailed. Still, the president has yet to do so.

Never forget how the Biden administration prioritized funneling money into Ukraine over their own citizens. This is precisely why Biden's polling data is terrible.

What Biden *really* says about Trump behind closed doors

President JOE BIDEN has a reputation for salty language behind closed doors. But it nearly slipped out in public during his speech at Valley Forge last month to mark the third anniversary of the Jan. 6 insurrection. Animated and angry, he derided DONALD TRUMP and his followers for drawing glee from political violence.

“At his rally, he jokes about an intruder, whipped up by the Big Trump Lie, taking a hammer to Paul Pelosi’s skull,” Biden said.

“And he thinks that’s funny,” the president continued. “He laughed about it. What a sick …”

Biden let his voice trail off as the crowd cheered and chuckled.

In private, he doesn’t stop short.

The president has described Trump to longtime friends and close aides as a “sick ****” who delights in others’ misfortunes, according to three people who have heard the president use the profane description. According to one of the people who has spoken with the president, Biden recently said of Trump: “What a **** **** the guy is.”

The White House declined to comment.

The epithets may cut against the image Biden often projects as someone eager to take down the level of incivility and acrimony in politics. But they also illustrate a core anger he has developed toward the man he ousted from office and may very well face again.

Biden has long been troubled by what he has perceived as Trump’s encouragement of political violence, which the incumbent believes is a direct threat to the nation’s democracy and deeply un-American, according to the three people familiar with his private conversations, who were all granted anonymity to describe them. His disgust toward Trump has never been a secret but has only grown in recent months as the former president tightens his grip on the GOP nomination.

The Trump campaign chided Biden for his remarks.

“It’s a shame that Crooked Joe Biden disrespects the presidency both publicly and privately,” said CHRIS LACIVITA, a senior Trump campaign adviser. “But then again, it’s no surprise he disrespects the 45th president the same way he disrespects the American people with his failed policies.”

Biden believes Trump has grown only more loathsome with time. The ex-president’s jokes about the attack on PAUL PELOSI, the 83-year-old husband of former House Speaker NANCY PELOSI, particularly gall Biden.

A hammer-wielding man who was radicalized by right-wing conspiracy theories broke into the Pelosi family’s San Francisco home in October 2022 looking for the former speaker. He attacked her husband, fracturing his skull. In the aftermath of the assault, a series of salacious rumors about the encounter took hold on the hard-right, which Trump used as laugh lines for his rallies.

“We’ll stand up to crazy Nancy Pelosi, who ruined San Francisco — how’s her husband doing, anybody know?” Trump said to a raucous crowd of California Republicans at a state party convention in September. “And she’s against building a wall at our border, even though she has a wall around her house — which obviously didn’t do a very good job.”

Paul Pelosi’s attacker was convicted of attempted kidnapping and assault. That incident is not the only one which has prompted Biden to privately spit expletives about the likely Republican nominee.

Biden’s fury has also been triggered, according to the people who spoke to him, by accounts of Trump cheering on the Jan. 6 rioters from the comfort of his private dining room off the Oval Office. In addition, Trump’s declaration that there were fine people on “both sides” of the racist clashes in Charlottesville, Virginia, as well as his warm words toward VLADIMIR PUTIN have been known to set off the president.

Biden grew particularly incensed by reports of Trump refusing to visit a military cemetery in the rain and by stories that he has mocked the sacrifices of fallen American soldiers. Biden believes his son BEAU died of brain cancer that developed after being exposed to burn pits while serving in Iraq. And, as with the case of the Valley Forge speech, his fury on this front has spilled out into public view, including last weekend in South Carolina.

“[Trump] referred to those heroes, and I quote, as ‘suckers’ and ‘losers.’ He actually said that. How dare he say that. How dare he talk about my son and all like that,” Biden said. “Look, I call them patriots and heroes. The only loser I see is Donald Trump.”

Oh noes...what would Taylor Swift do? Comical that Lefty wants to paint feigned outrage on anyone (blames MAGA!) that disparages her and Kelce's relationship as anything more as a distraction from the game!

Also, not funny...Biden's take on Trump with fallen soldiers. I cannot think of a more accepting President toward those that served and gave all since Reagan. Families and all meeting the fallen soldiers and visiting hospitals with the wounded. Orangeman baaaaad though. Keep it up because I will NEVER forget what happened in the Afghan Surrender.

Joe Biden Lies to Another Grieving Gold Star Mom About Losing His Son in Iraq

His Fraudulency Joe Biden spoke to grieving Gold Star parents Tuesday and used the solemn occasion to repeat the lie about losing a son in Iraq.

Shawn and Oneida Oliver-Sanders, the freshly grieving parents of 24-year-old Specialist Kennedy Ladon Sanders, who died in Jordan during an Iran-backed drone attack in January, spoke to Biden Tuesday from their Georgia home.

At first, Biden tried to help with the news that their daughter would be posthumously promoted to sergeant. “Oh wow, that is the best news I’ve heard today; thank you so much,” Oliver-Sanders said before she and her husband broke down in tears. “You don’t know how much that means to us.”

Then it all went sideways…

“Oh, well, I tell you what, it means a lot to me,” Biden said, making it all about him. “My son spent a year in Iraq; that’s how I lost him.”

http://tinyurl.com/2f8spbd8

Biden’s oldest son, Beau Biden, was deployed to Iraq in 2008 but did not die in Iraq. After his year of active duty, Beau returned with a Bronze Star and returned to his life as Delaware’s Attorney General. Three years later, he was diagnosed with brain cancer. Two years later, at the age of 46, he died.

To shield this serial lie about losing Beau in Iraq, Biden likes to claim — without any evidence — that Beau contracted his cancer seven years prior in Iraq due to exposure to military burn pits.

Even if Joe Biden truly believes that, you cannot compare Beau’s tragedy to what happens to those who die in a combat situation.

This is not the first time Biden has told this lie. In October 2002, while designating Camp Hale as a national monument, he said, “I say this as a father of a man who won the Bronze Star, the conspicuous service medal, and lost his life in Iraq.”

The following month, Biden told a gathering, “I’m thinking about Iraq because that’s where my son died.”

Worse still, this is not even the first Gold Star parent Biden has lied to about Beau.

In August 2023, Gold Star mother Cheryl Rex said Biden told her that Beau came “home in a flag-draped coffin.” That simply didn’t happen. Beau died six years after he returned from Iraq.

“When he approached me, his words were, ‘My wife, Jill, and I know how you feel. We lost our son as well and brought him home in a flag-draped coffin,'” Rex recalled.

“How could someone be so heartless to say he knew how I felt,” she added.

This is something even more grotesque than stolen valor, where a civilian lies about serving in combat. To pimp himself off of the grief of these heartbroken parents is something beyond obscene. Even if Beau had died in Iraq, these moments are not about Joe Biden. You don’t turn the spotlight on yourself. You don’t make a meal of your dead son for political points.

Something I’m discovering through my mother is that dementia boils a person down to their essence. In her case, that’s her fabulous independent streak and love for family. Biden’s essence is callousness, dishonesty, and toxic narcissism — a lack of empathy that borders on sociopathy.

Joe Biden is a truly terrible person.

Biden is certainly despicable. He’s proven time and again he’s a narcissist who will go to any length to make himself seem compassionate in a quest to further his political aspirations.

However, I don’t get the uproar with him saying his son’s death was combat related. As far I know it’s accepted that toxins released by the burning of certain compounds in Iraq have been linked to cancer. Beau Biden was deployed to Iraq for 7 months. So he was in fact potentially exposed to those toxins.

Many Vietnam veterans died of cancer associated with Agent Orange. We accept their deaths as combat related. If Beau Biden died of cancer related to conditions he was exposed to in Iraq his death deserves no less consideration than that given to the aforementioned deaths of Vietnam Veterans.

The fact, that his farther TASTELESSLY uses it as story prop has zero to do with the validity of the claim.

You Trumpers are really rolling the dice.
Trump wins and you get everything your hearts desire.

He gets beat, and the Dems have the House and Senate, I can’t wait for the laundry list of excuses, complaints, whining, and copy and pasted news articles for another four years.

It certainly is one way of playing it.

Biden Claims He Discussed Jan. 6 With Long-Dead Helmut Kohl

Quote:
President Joe Biden during two separate fundraisers Wednesday recalled speaking with former German Chancellor Helmut Kohl about the Jan. 6, 2021, violence at the U.S. Capitol — but Kohl died in 2017, almost five years before the incidents took place.

The comments came days after he confused French President Emmanuel Macron with late French leader Francois Mitterrand, who died in 1996, The New York Post reported.

Doesn’t that swing the same way for you Never-Trumpers? All to keep Trump out you’re fine with Joe Biden foreign influence rackets, a shadow government that we don’t even know who is running it, the imposition of the Democratic Socialist one party national system, massive tax increases, massive benefit cuts, limitations on freedoms for citizens, and open borders for non-citizens.

It is not about the color of the Cheeto, it is the lack of content in his character. You’ve got more experience working with and for sleazeballs. Plus, you can always find a way to make money off either side, either way. So this is all decent theatre, but ye protests too much.

I know, I know. $50 glasses of wine are for peasants.

He (Trump) doesn’t give two shiztzs about the Religious Right or the middle class. It’s all an endless con. And I wouldn’t be surprised if he becomes one.

If Trump is the nominee I’ll go to the poll and choose him. It’s that or 4 more years of a weekend at Bernie’s or worse he croaks and Kamala gets sworn in. I won’t be happy but at least it’s waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than the alternative.

I just had to go to my local and buy 10 cigars because I ran out and I have less than 12 bottles of wine right now. (I’ve been drinking and smoking them down to get ready for the move!) Yeah, I’ve had $50 glasses of wine. I recommend Far Niente Oakville in Napa. It’s beautiful winery is right near where Paul Pelosi got in his DUI. Hard road to make a left at!

As for content if his character, I was for Desantis. Now it is theatre to be farmed for financial benefit. I’m making money off Biden, more than I did off Trump. It’s a house of cards but still standing!

The USA is a socialist lite country. It will only move more socialist. My friends on the right won’t want to hear that. Look, even in a socialist country somebody still lives in the big houses on the hill. Look at AOC and Bernie Sanders.

Thank you for the recommendation on a $50 glass of wine. I'll pass that along to mR, jONes as well, as he is equally likely to partake.

One of the things I’ve been gaming is Republican boycotts. Sold Disney stock on the huge spike after earnings. 15% profit in one month. Republicans suck at boycotts. I didn’t bite on Target and Bud but they’ve recovered.

It's time we have a serious talk about the 25th Amendment to the Constitution.

Section 1

In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.

Section 2

Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.

Section 3

Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.

Section 4

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.

The Special Counsel Report detailed that Pedo Joe

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

We conclude that no criminal charges are warranted in this matter.

1 We would reach the same conclusion even if Department of Justice policy did not foreclose criminal charges against a sitting president.

2 Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen. These materials included (1) marked classified documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, and (2) notebooks containing Mr. Biden's handwritten entries about issues of national security and foreign policy implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods. FBI agents recovered these materials from the garage, offices, and basement den in Mr. Biden's Wilmington, Delaware home.

However, for the reasons summarized below, we conclude that the evidence does not establish Mr. Biden's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Prosecution of Mr. Biden is also unwarranted based on our consideration of the aggravating and mitigating factors set forth in the Department of Justice's Principles of Federal Prosecution. For these reasons, we decline prosecution of Mr. Biden.

So, they admit guilt but he's too frail and stupid to remember events like his botched Afghanistan surrender???

One of the reasons they decided not to press charges was because 'at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory'.

President Joe Biden will not be criminally charged with stashing classified documents in his garage and private office

His 'diminished faculties in advancing age' would likely make him a sympathetic figure to jurors, the report says.

Biden found himself in the spotlight after his predecessor Donald Trump was charged with illegally keeping classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago home.

Special Counsel Robert Hur spent a year investigating. His report will likely undermine the Biden campaign's attempts to use the charges against Trump in the 2024 election.

Instead there is plentiful ammunition for Trump, with a series of revelations about Biden's mental sharpness.

It describes his failure to remember key dates in his career and his personal life when he was interviewed by investigators.

'He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended ("if it was 2013 - when did I stop being Vice President?"), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began ("in 2009, am I still Vice President?"),' he reportedly said.

'He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died.'

He was also apparently hazy on the debate around withdrawing troops from Afghanistan, which was such a key part of the first months of his presidency.

"My Memory Is Fine" Biden Fumes, Before Confusing Egypt's Sisi With The President Of Mexico

In less than 15 minutes, President Biden proved Special Counsel Robert Hur right and confirmed all concerns about his fitness for office.

As we detailed earlier, Hur wrote in his report that he would not suggest bringing charges against the president for his mishandling of classified documents because, "Biden will likely present himself to the jury, as he did during his interview with our office, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."

The president, having 'seen dead people' numerous times this week, was apparently displeased with the report, and decided the correct course of action was a (rare) press conference to set the world straight on his mental acuity.

It did not go well.

He welcomed the special counsel's decision not to bring charges:

"The bottom line is the matter is now closed," Biden asserted, with respect to the report.

But, then proceeded to throw his staff under the bus:

“I take responsibility for not having seen exactly what my staff was doing,” he said.

“Things that appeared in my garage, things that came out of my home, things that were moved, were moved not by me, but my staff, but my staff,” he continued.

Then he took issue with the special counsel report's questioning his mental acuity around the timing of his son's death, and angry-old-man mode was unleashed:

“How in the hell dare he raise that? Frankly, when I was asked the question, I thought to myself, it was none of their damn business,” Biden thundered.

Biden started to say he wore his son’s rosary every day since the day Beau died, but stopped, when he appeared to forget where the rosary came from.

“Every Memorial Day we hold a service remembering him, attended by friends and family and the people who loved him,” Biden continued, after a pause. “I don’t need anyone. I don’t need anyone to remind me when he passed away.”

The mumbling continued as opened up the press conference to questions - not a great idea in hindsight.

Constantly defending himself against allegations of failing memory, Biden appeared to snap when Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy asked Biden, “How bad is your memory?”

“My memory is so bad I let you speak,” Biden said.

“My memory is fine. Take a look at what I’ve done since I’ve become president.”

Doocy pressed, pointing to the Special Counsel's description of Biden as an “elderly, well-meaning man.”

“I am well-meaning. And I’m an elderly man. And I know what the hell I’m doing,” Biden reacted.

“I’ve been president – I put this country back on its feet. I don’t need his recommendation.”

Biden's rage reached its zenith when a CNN reporter began to ask a question about the American people’s concerns about his mental state (a perspective that is widely held according to many polls). “The American people have been watching and they have expressed concerns about your age,” the reporter said.

“That is your judgement! That is your judgement! That is not the judgement of the press!” Biden shouted back at her.

Biden also bizarrely claimed that he had vowed to be a “president” for everybody “whether they were from a red state or a green state.”

And then, as his piéce de resistance, after initially walking out, the president called Israel's response in Gaza "over the top" and then mistakenly referred to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi as the President of Mexico.

“Initially, the president of Mexico — Sisi — did not want to open up the gate to allow humanitarian material to get in. I talked to him. I convinced him to open the gate."

He did not correct himself.

So to summarize:

Watch the full (15 minutes from start to finish) $hitshow here: https://www.youtube.com/live/ka3XsQuzUYE?si=qgsRoLrLqk9tjocI

And believe it or not, it got worse as even CNN refused to provide cover for the president:

Of course, the ultimate irony of all of this is that it occurred within minutes of Tucker Carlson releasing an unedited, wide-ranging two-hour long interview with Russian president Vladimir Putin.

Look, the guy that is acting as a President...he's not very good at the acting. It's either his mind is ravaged by the onslaughts of Dementia and NOBODY is getting him any medical assistance OR He's the World's most despicable man with proclivities that border from Deviant to Psychopath! He's not normal. The things he says and does are flat out crazy! Lunchbucket Joe...Amtrak Joe...Just Joe Being Joe...Pedo Joe...yeah. Please, you still don't see it? The very same unions that line up and devote to the DNC and their man causes them that slow, methodic death march off the perceivable cliff. They love them some headlines with the Bosses. They demonize the rank and file (see the YouTube video of Biden talking down 2A rights and that he doesn't work for "you"!) yet when it comes to the very same union that caved under the sheer weight of lining their own pockets and leaving the guy doing the work the check...they'll show interview after interview of the worker bemoaning the "greed" and "the deal" that put them out of work. Oh yeah, you think just because another national company buys out an American company they don't toss the deck chairs? BAWHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA! Every aspect of management, every position of decision and power replaced. Ya'll gonna be doing jumping jacks like in "Gung Ho"...except the only ones laughing are the execs back in their countries watching on cameras counting their stacks!

Another DNC sell-out. Please tell me you see this one Steel. One of the products that started WWII...you know History and those doomed to repeat it?

Odd. Gave an open for some dialog and NOBODY dared respond to what I had to say. Not sure if it's the words I use or if it's the opinions on the matter...IDK...because of the lack of feedback. Anyways, I've been told by some of the crustiest of WWII bombers that when you're over the target you're catching a lot of flak. So...that's kinda what I'm looking for. Nobody wants to admit the defaults of Biden? Nobody? You sure were all a flutter to get rid of the last guy because he was a "dictator", but when confronted by this dolt of a hot mess..crickets...

Joe Biden’s Classified Docs Provide More Evidence Hunter’s Pay-To-Play Was A Family Affair

The nearly 400-page special counsel report confirms an overlap in the timing and topics of Joe Biden’s vice presidency and Hunter Biden’s ‘business’ enterprises.

The special counsel report on Joe Biden’s unauthorized removal and disclosure of classified documents exposed much more than our president’s mental deficits and the breadth of his irresponsible handling of top-secret and classified information. The report revealed a close nexus between Hunter Biden’s influence peddling and his father’s responsibilities and access to intel during the elder’s term as vice president.

On Thursday, Special Counsel Robert Hur released the results of his investigation into the president stemming from the discovery of top-secret and classified documents at Biden’s D.C.-based Penn Biden Center, his private Delaware home, and the University of Delaware. While the specific details in the recovered documents remain unknown, the nearly 400-page report provided an extensive enough summary of the materials to confirm an overlap in the timing and topics of Joe Biden’s vice presidency and Hunter Biden’s “business” enterprises.

Ukraine Overlap

Appendix A of the report provided a table summary of the documents recovered. Many of the top-secret and classified documents concerned Ukraine during the time frame when Hunter Biden acted as an intermediary between Burisma’s owner, Mykola Zlochevsky, and the vice president. Recall that Hunter’s business partner, Devon Archer, told the House Oversight Committee that in early March 2014, he met Zlochevsky while in Moscow. And soon after, he and Hunter Biden joined Burisma’s board, receiving $83,000 per month.

The following month, Hunter Biden sent Archer an email dated April 13, 2014 — one week before Joe Biden would travel to Ukraine and meet then-Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk. Referring to “my guys upcoming travels,” Hunter then elaborated on “22 points about Ukraine’s political situation, with detailed information about the upcoming election and predicting an escalation of Russia’s ‘destabilization campaign, which could lead to a full-scale takeover of the eastern region, most critically Donetsk,’” according to the New York Post.

Among the material recovered from President Biden’s unauthorized storage locales were several top-secret and otherwise classified or confidential documents discussing Ukraine. One undated document discussed issues related to Russian aggression toward Ukraine. Another, dated Sept. 17, 2014, consisted of a “Memorandum for the Vice President from staff members, with subject ‘U.S. Energy Assistance to Ukraine.’” Also dated Sept. 17, 2014, was an “event memo” from a vice-presidential national security staffer, titled, “Lunch with Ukrainian President Poroshenko,” which was scheduled for the following day.

The overlap between Joe Biden’s Ukraine-related work and Hunter Biden’s Burisma profiteering became more pronounced in 2015. On Dec. 2, 2015, the lobbying firm Blue Star Group, which Hunter Biden had arranged to work with Burisma, wrote to Burisma that it had “participated in a conference call today with senior Obama Administration officials ahead of U.S. Vice President Joe Biden’s trip to Ukraine next week.” The memorandum provided a summary of the conference call, telling Burisma that “Michael Carpenter, Vice President Biden’s Special Advisor for Europe and Russia, and Dr. Colin Kahl, the Vice President’s National Security Advisor, presented the agenda for the trip and answered questions about current U.S. policy toward Ukraine.”

Two days after receiving this memorandum, Burisma executives Zlochevsky and Vadym Pozharskyi, on Dec. 4, 2015, pushed Hunter Biden to call his father. The Burisma executives, according to Archer, expressed concern over the pressure they were under from Ukrainian investigators.

Shokin’s Firing

During Biden’s visit to Ukraine the following week, the vice president threatened to withhold U.S. loan guarantees from the country unless the Ukrainian president fired the prosecutor general, Viktor Shokin. Shokin was later fired, and Biden bragged about his role in the termination.

Last week, the special counsel reported recovering documents classified as “secret,” dated circa Dec. 12, 2015, “setting forth the purpose and talking points for a call with Ukrainian Prime Minister Yatsenyuk.” A transcript of the call between Biden and Yatsenyuk was attached, with a handwritten post-it note showing the then-VP had directed his executive assistant: “Get copy of the conversation from Sit Rm for my Records please.”

That transcript, labeled “CONFIDENTIAL” and “EYES ONLY DO NOT COPY,” according to the special counsel, included “pleasantries” exchanged between the two, “and the Prime Minister heaped praise upon Mr. Biden for his December 9, 2015 speech to Ukraine’s parliament.”

In that speech, Biden told Ukrainian lawmakers, “[I]t’s not enough to set up a new anti-corruption bureau and establish a special prosecutor fighting corruption. The Office of the General Prosecutor desperately needs reform.”

A Change in U.S. Policy

Biden continues to maintain that his demands to Ukraine to fire the prosecutor general, Viktor Shokin, represented U.S. policy. But that policy seemed to have made a sharp turn from just months earlier. For instance, according to the House Oversight Committee, in “June 11, 2015, then-Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland wrote Prosecutor General Shokin, applauding his office’s progress in anti-corruption efforts.”

Then-U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt would likewise publicly state in September 2015, “[W]e want to work with Prosecutor General Shokin so the [Prosecutor General Office] is leading the fight against corruption.” That same month, “the Interagency Policy Committee asserted Prosecutor General Shokin had made sufficient progress in combating corruption to warrant a third guarantee of a $1 billion loan,” according to House Oversight Chair James Comer.

As part of its impeachment inquiry, the House Oversight Committee has been seeking records to establish how American policy shifted from supporting Shokin to demanding his firing. And now that Special Counsel Hur’s investigation into Biden has ended, Comer is demanding “unfettered access to these documents to determine if President Biden’s retention of sensitive materials were used to help the Bidens’ influence peddling.” As Comer stressed, in addition to the Ukraine-related documents, top-secret and classified documents connected to China — another key source of Hunter Biden’s millions — were recovered.

Comer had previously asked Hur whether any of the classified records “were related to the countries that his family conducted business with,” but the special counsel’s office refused to provide details on the seized material. Comer told The Federalist that “[w]hile the Justice Department has closed its investigation, the Oversight Committee’s investigation continues.”

More to Probe

“Important questions remain about the extent of Joe Biden retaining sensitive materials related to specific countries involving his family’s influence peddling schemes that brought in millions for the Bidens,” Comer told The Federalist. “We will continue to provide the transparency and accountability owed to the American people.”

The key here, however, is not whether Joe Biden retained the documents to further Hunter Biden’s selling of access, but whether he shared details he had learned from his position as vice president with Hunter. Given the thousands of emails VP Biden exchanged using pseudonyms, the fact that he had no problem sharing classified information with his ghost writer, and that he has lied repeatedly about his involvement with Hunter Biden’s business affairs, it isn’t a stretch to believe he shared confidential information with his son to advance Hunter’s pay-to-play scheme.

But the special counsel’s report makes one more thing clear: Joe Biden will never face a jury — not because he is innocent, but because he lacks the mental competence.

Attorney General Merrick Garland apparently concurred in that assessment, as he approved Hur’s report. So surely then, Garland, as a member of the Cabinet, is discussing with his fellow cabinet members, the need to invoke the Twenty-Fifth Amendment… Right?

If the scales of justice were balanced, what sentence, penalty, or fine would you want assessed against Biden.

The penalty per file would be….. ?

Would there be a sliding scale for each classification. Confidential, Secret, Top Secret etc?

At then end of the day these classified documents scandals are all much adieu about nothing. Biden won’t be charged. In the end Trump will also get a pass. Hillary wasn’t charged……

Hillary should've been charged and convicted. She operated a private server while she was Secretary of State. That voids the FOIA and the legality of a public office. The FBI investigated it and well, they were caught with their hands in the "cookie jar" too.

Biden didn't have Presidential powers to declassify documents. Some of the documents he had were from when he was a senator. They were stored in the garage! He had a crackhead son that is compromised up to his eyeballs in profiteering off his Dad's "brand". One thing that escapes the Free Press is that at the University of Delaware where the CCP has graciously donated wads o' cash and the other K Street office that Biden had. Wide open for anyone to get to to see. Biden also allowed lawyers to determine if the docs were classified or not classified. WTF? Pretty sure that's a crime too!

Trump had Presidential power to declassify docs. He also has them at a location that is protected 24/7 by Secret Service. The DOJ originally scoured Mar-A-Lago and told them to put an additional lock on the door where they were stored. They complied and the next day the place was raided.

Hanging out in the breeze is Clinton and Obama both with what they've stored away since leaving public office. Crickets.

Crickets.

Still believe this isn't some personal attack to bleed a political opponent dry? Cudgel a person into subservient obedience? The polar opposite and blinders on the DNC Cone of Protection isn't going the save themselves from how they're using our government.

He was found guilty by the DOJ but they're not going to charge him because he's got dementia. Hello...he's the Leader of the Free World! You CAN'T have it make any sense both ways!

Russian President Vladimir Putin made a surprising pick in the upcoming US presidential election, saying he prefers “predictable” President Joe Biden over Donald Trump, who’s complimented Putin over the years.

“[Biden] is a more experienced, predictable person, a politician of the old school,” Putin, 71, told interviewer Pavel Zarubin on Rossiya 1 TV. “But we will work with any U.S. president who the American people have confidence in.”

^ You can't disagree with dicktator Putin there, Joe is just a predictable well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.
That's the kind of adversary you'd want.

Biden 'Mis-Remembered' Again: Hur Never Brought Up Beau's Death, The President Did

Quote:
Hours after last week's release of special counsel Robert Hur's report on Biden's handling of classified documents -- which described the president as a "well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory" and "diminished faculties" -- Team Biden pushed their man in front of reporters in a hopeless bid to demonstrate that his mind is fully intact.

It backfired in various ways, most notably when Biden referred to Egyptian President Sissi as the president of Mexico -- in a week in which he'd already twice confused the dead male German chancellor Helmut Kohl with the living female Angela Merkel, and confused the late French president François Mitterand with President Emmanuel Macron.

Now, sources say a more significant Biden statement during that press conference was also false.

First, some more background. In addition to not remembering what years he served as vice president, the special counsel report said that, in his interview with investigators, Biden "did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died."

At his press conference, Biden lashed out at Hur for insensitively grilling him about Beau's death from cancer at age 46:

“I know there’s some attention paid to some language in the report about my recollection of events. There’s even a reference that I don’t remember when my son died. How in the hell dare he raise that? Frankly, when I was asked the question, I thought to myself, it wasn’t any of their damn business.”

"How in the hell dare he raise that."

Big Media ran with Biden's narrative. For example, at The New York Times, an utterly credulous, unquestioning Katie Rogers -- sounding every bit like a Biden campaign proxy -- devoted an article to Biden's Beau-centered attack on Hur, describing Biden's "chin quivering either from anger or sadness." In what's positioned as a straight news article, she concluded with this state-media salute:

A president who has infused his son’s memory into his presidency wanted to make one thing clear, to both the special counsel’s office and to his critics. “I don’t need anyone to remind me when he passed away,” Mr. Biden said.

Biden Manages to Trip, Almost Takes a Header on Short Stairs, Has Weird Response on Newsom Being 'Plan B'

Many people can't believe that the Democrats are going to go with the debilitated Joe Biden as their candidate for 2024.

But right now, that's the apparent plan, although there's all kinds of speculation about a possible plan B that might include California Gov. Gavin Newsom or Michelle Obama. Newsom certainly has been lining himself up as an available guy for the role should Biden ever step to the side.

I have to hand it to one of the reporters on Tuesday who had the boldness to ask Biden about Newsom being Plan B. The fact that now they're willing to ask this shows how much trouble Biden is in.

http://tinyurl.com/47reru6x

"You're going to California. Is this about coming up with a Plan B for 2024 — does Gavin need to stand by?" the reporter asked.

"Are you ready?" Biden asked. "Well I'm looking for...I'm looking at you. We're looking at you."

That wasn't responsive to the question. Was he threatening the reporter or asking the reporter if he would be Plan B? Either way, just weird and a deflection from his issues.

Biden then said he would have a major package of sanctions for Russia on Friday.

http://tinyurl.com/mr3eu8re

He said that he would be "happy" to tell them about it then. He's been saying this a lot lately but then not taking questions later like he said he would.

Biden was then asked about Rafah. It was reported that he was essentially throwing Israel under the bus by pushing for a temporary ceasefire and warning Israel that they shouldn't go into Rafah. But Biden didn't want to answer that question.

http://tinyurl.com/2s33aaf7

He blew it off and then stagger-stepped across the lawn toward the helicopter.

But then as he tried to go up the short stairs into Air Force One, he tripped, almost taking a header, and then tripped again as he was going up.

http://tinyurl.com/4um6mv4t

According to reports, they have a Secret Service person at the bottom of the stairs to help prevent such situations as he goes up and down. I don't know what they think the person is supposed to do to prevent him from tripping. They can't improve his issues. Maybe they can catch him if he falls.

http://tinyurl.com/ypatf5uk

As we've previously reported, not only have they pulled out the short stairs, but they changed his shoes so he would be less likely to trip, plus they have him doing physical therapy.

They've also reportedly been having him wear different footwear to prevent slipping, and have him doing physical therapy with "proprioceptive maintenance maneuvers." It wasn't clear what those "maneuvers" encompassed, and some raised questions.

"I have never heard the term 'proprioceptive maintenance maneuvers.' It is not a clinical term in standard use," said Professor James Gordon, associate dean and chair of the Division of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California.

But that hasn't stopped him from continuing to trip.

You can't cover everything when the problem is that the product that you're trying to sell -- Joe Biden -- is way past its sell date and you can't convince people to buy it.

"That Didn't Stop Me": Biden Brags That Supreme Court Can't Stop Him from Canceling Student Debt

Authored by Jonathan Turley,
Quote:

President Joe Biden held a press event to brag about a major accomplishment this week. That itself is hardly surprising in an election year, but the boast itself was rather curious. In announcing the writing off of another $1.2 billion owed to the government in student loans, Biden gloated that the Supreme Court could not stop him from acting unilaterally to cancel the debt.

For an Administration running on saving democracy from his political opponent, the chest-thumping brag that no one can stop him was a moment of impressive political dissonance.

Biden spoke at the Julian Dixon Library in Culver City, California and noted that his effort to cancel billions in debt was initially halted by the Supreme Court. It has also been opposed by many in Congress and polls show that the public is split on the idea with 47 percent in favor and 41 percent opposed. It is doubtful that the plan could ever make it through Congress.

So Biden, again, acted alone to write off a massive amount of debt owed to the public.

Quote:
“Early in my term, I announced a major plan to provide millions of working families with debt relief for their college student debt. Tens of millions of people in debt were literally about to be canceled in debts. But my MAGA Republican friends in the Congress, elected officials and special interests stepped in and sued us. And the Supreme Court blocked it. But that didn’t stop me.”

Bragging that the courts cannot stop you is hardly a testament to the democratic process.

Biden has been found to have violated the Constitution with impunity in the past. This includes rulings that his administration has exceeded his authority and engaged in racial discrimination in federal programs. Indeed, Biden has often displayed a cavalier attitude toward such violations.

Well, he ignored the SC to deliver for less than 10% of his promise…
“The Biden-Harris Administration today is announcing that it will automatically discharge $1.2 billion in loans for nearly 153,000 borrowers who are eligible for the shortened time to forgiveness benefit under President Biden’s Saving on a Valuable Education (SAVE) Plan. This action comes as 7.5 million borrowers are now enrolled in SAVE, 4.3 million of whom have a $0 monthly payment.”

Nice job of reporting for the Politburo there comrade!

Joe Scarborough Ridiculed After Gushing Endorsement Of Biden's Cognitive Health

MSNBC host Joe Scarborough was ridiculed after engaging in a bizarre, performative endorsement of the strength of Joe Biden’s cognitive health.

“That guy’s mental state, I’ve said it for years now, he’s cogent, but I undersold him when I said he was cogent, he’s far beyond cogent,” Scarborough said.

“In fact, I think he’s better than he’s ever been, intellectually, analytically, because he’s been around for 50 years,” he added.

The host then bizarrely stated, “Start your tape right now because I’m about to tell you the truth, and F you if you can’t handle the truth.”

“This version of Biden intellectually, analytically, is the best Biden ever, not a close second and I’ve known him for years, the Brzezinski’s have known him for 50 years, if it weren’t the truth, I wouldn’t say it.”

Scarborough’s remarks were utterly bizarre given that even his biggest supporters would admit Biden has rapidly slowed down cognitively in recent years.

As we highlighted last week, Biden’s recent physical exam did not include a cognitive test despite innumerable examples of Biden getting lost on stage, thinking he had talked to dead political leaders and falling prey to embarrassing verbal gaffes in recent months.

Respondents on X were shocked by the brazen intensity of the propaganda being spewed by the former Congressman.

“Americans are subjected to a level of shameless propaganda that would make a commissar blush,” commented Auron MacIntyre.

This is why no one watches MSM. They can’t be honest about anything. If they thought saying the sky was green would win an election they would all be telling it was green every day.
