You make a solid point... I just checked, and yeah, there is no way to clear out my billing information, without providing more billing information to replace it.

So.... If I decide I want to leave the site, my billing information will be permanently on record until my card expires? Awesome.

Unfortunately my order has not been processed, apparently something is going on with the business. I want to take my business elsewhere, but I fear I'll be charged for my unprocessed order. I'd prefer to avoid calling the credit card company and denying the charge.

CB longer delivers to P.O.Boxes, but didn't bother to tell us. They shipped over $1000 of my cigars to some house and left them at their door outside. It has taken me hours to work with UPS to finally find where they left them. If I don't get them back I will be filing a claim. How stupid of this company to not notify people that they were upgrading their site and not shipping to POBs.

My order closed out Tuesday. Received confirmation email, but hasn't shipped yet ..... I put up with one big shipping debacle a few months back. Don't want to endure more non-service. Shame.

I've been ordering from CBid and the headquarters for several years. I've had a couple small issues, but they were resolved as quickly as I could dial the phone. DaMarie is amazing! As far as I'm concerned this little glitch in shipping is certainly not enough to get me to stop doing business with these folks. They've taken care of me in times I had issues, and so I can easily wait a bit for them when they have an issue. I'm pretty much resolved that I'm a CBid / Headquarters customer for life.


This was submitted by RACII ... he resolved to be a CBid customer for life (or until a breeze blew) ... we Sure will miss having you here ...

sent me cigars I did not order and then blamed me still waiting for this to be correct going on 2 weeks ready to cancel account and call charge card company and tell them to block this company from any future charges
