I just read a noob complaint about no order info on this site under
"My Lots" & the "ORDER" button...

Which is correct....

But I never check my E-mail hardly...

But C-BID's email notification
To me ( at least )
HAS BEEN GREAT...

Still nothing on orders that were done on Feb 10th. I check my email daily and try to call customer service with getting no more than a busy signal.

I know that they are slammed. I have far too much experience about upgrades going poorly and have a bunch of empathy.

And they are trying to get things right. I'm sure this has wounded their bottom line a lot.

Nevertheless, there is one thing I am frosted about. Every order is going out UPS free saver shipping. Even though my shipping preference is otherwise. I gladly pay a premium so that my sticks don't take forever to get to me. The order put together last Thursday isn't going to arrive until next Saturday - grrrrrrrrrrrr. 9 days is way too long for my tastes.

And even though I have sent multiple messages asking them not to - they have continued (they may be forced to, I dunno) which is forgivable. Never hearing squat back - even a "sorry, nothing we can do about it" email is less so

That's interesting, about UPS saver service. Someone was posting on another forum last week claiming that they had spoken to a UPS supervisor in the geographic area somewhere around CI and apparently UPS is well aware of CI's problems. They didn't say what it was specifically, but they did say that the supervisor made a comment to the order of that something went horribly wrong and they've never seen this big a catastrophe before. To the point of, and this is hindsight or even possibly sour grapes, but "that they never should have done the upgrade".

Won 4 bids on 2/25/17 and my bank account had even showed pending transaction for the bids but it never made it to order status on my CI account. Then few days later the pending transactions disappeared. No harm done here other than the disappointment of loosing my winning lots. Would be nice to have had something posted on their main page to let me know so I would understand why there was no response to emails and a dead phone number.

I received 2 Emails that said they were sending my order to the warehouse. Haven't received a single bit of communication since then. It's been 12 days. This is stupid as hell, and I'm reversing the charges on my credit card. Last set of cigars I received were dry and a few had cracked ends. This site has slid from reputable to basically on par with a Chinese wholesale site that accepts "veesa" "Mastercord"and "PaiPal" (but prefers untraceable bank transfers)

Also, the river flows both ways here
I agreed to pay a set price for a set of lots. If I didn't pay, they'd currently be raping holes in my credit ratings for breaking a contract with them. What recourse do I have against them? Right, not a single damn thing.
