Cigarbid keeps taking my money when I win. They sent me a order confirmation this am. Can't reach them by phone. Last week they sent me a box of cigars that I didn't order. I emailed them twice to return them. Nothing. Cigars international who owns them can't be reached either

I can't get through either. Tuesday 330 pm. I have over 500.00 in outstanding orders. I keep getting confirmation numbers and my credit card is billed but no cigars.

I won 10 Diesels on 2/10. I've called several times to find out why they haven't shipped. They said it was because of the "new system". I still don't have my smokes and Cbid has no idea when they'll be shipped. Very disappointed.

I got a $209.00 order delivered today. Order placed 2/7. Does not show on website. This system screw up is a major cluster fart. I agree that turning off the phones is wrong. I saw a cbid mod post on another thread today . Would be nice if they would post something regarding this

I spoke to one of their cust svc reps 3 weeks ago; just a delay due to system probs and they are gonna' "waive shipping charges." But I am getting older. Maybe I misheard. Maybe she actually said they were gonna' "waive shipping."

Got order confirmations over a week ago. Bank card was charged. Got an email saying something about a new shipping system. Two orders later,.. No Cigars ! Not sure what's going on. Someone on here stated they were closed. Anyone have any info ???
