Think

I have only heard radio reports and very few TV stories.
YOUTUBE has a few VIDEOS.

It sounds really serious.

Old Dams and RECORD rainfall #'s.

Any in depth local news that NATIONAL news isn't covering?

dunno what your news isn't covering, but we got a chitload of water ... from here, I'd say if we can make it through the next 48 hours without some catastrophe(s), we've got a chance to come out OK ... one of the big problems is that the state government is so completely fu**ed up, they've spent a boatload of $$ on pointless bullchit rather than maintain infrastructure ... used to be, we had the best highways, best schools and state of the art infrastructure .... now, we've got unsustainable debt, and our former top-drawer state has now sunk to Lone Wolf quality ... if we do experience catastrophic problems from flooding, we'll be totally screwed ...

Yeah what he said.

The "lake" just north of San Diego I-15 passes over finally has visible water in it for the first time in probably 3-5 years, and we're down near the end of the line for water. So we'll probably see an actual lake there by "spring". The drought in SOCAL is officially over but nothing more than flash flooding we get every time it rains, just more of them this year.

Thanks ^^^

I keep missing the major network NIGHTLY news.

I don't get any 24-7 news channels like CNN OR FOX.

The YOUTUBE keeps posting bad videos with more rain till wednesday, none thursday, then more Friday and the NEXT few days after that....

It sounds so drastic and since I don't have CNN OR FOX...nothing is being MENTIONED on local area eastern state/ seaboard / coast news casts...
very weird.
