SAN ANTONIO -- Two 10th-grade students at a San Antonio high school and their teacher have been reprimanded over a skit portraying the assassination of President-elect Donald Trump.

The San Antonio Express-News reports the skit, titled "The Assassination of Donald Trump," was performed last week at Marshall High School.

One of the boys used a gunfire sound effect from a cellphone; the other boy, playing Trump, fell to the ground.

Barry Perez, spokesman for Northside ISD, said the "appropriate action" had been taken against the three, and that the teacher had apologized.

Harold and Melinda Bean, parents of a student who viewed the skit, said they were dissatisfied with the district action and had hoped for harsher measures.

"Honestly I have run out of words to describe how angry I am and how shocked I am that they're still in school today," Melinda Bean told the Express-News.

Just think how well the left would have handled this if it had been about Obama.

Don't recall anyone advocating the assassination of Obama.

If it had happened I'm sure that we would have heard about it in the left wing news.

Or maybe they would have created it.

Oh, I remember seeing some hillbilly rednecks burn Obama in effigy - But that is expected, an no one pays it much mind.

Interesting though - Everyone seems to condem the play and the students without knowing the real subject mater of the play, it's commentary, or even the dialog surrounding the mock assassination.

But this too is expected. All the Trump lovers will outrage - as though the character was not treated in a politically correct manner.

And here I thought the Right was voting against being PC.....

So you do't know what the play content was, but cast judgment on an isolated fact alone.

At least you are true to form.

Drafter my brother, we are cool as always - I trust you know I'm just redassing you a bit.

What I hoped for in Clinton goes like this:

More banking industry reform. These legal criminals are robbing the nation blind and she was promising legislation.

A continuance of the progess we have made with health care reform. Yes I think we made progress and more is needed. Rolling back the laws is just giving us over to the isurance companies and big pharma.

Getting people off the welfare rolls by having a federal living wage. Green energy. And other things.

Don't get me wrong. No one get to Oval Office my being a boy or Girl Scout. She is in bed with her share of big money interests. And she has lot of faults we will never know about. But in fairness, even your long term probing found nothing more than sloppyness and doubt. While this week Trump settles the one of this many fraud suits for 25 million dollars - nice guy.

Acctually, every time I see your forum name I am reminded of the movie Ford Fairlane. In the move, a DJ kept calling him chevynova and the like. Funny stuff.

Do you really own a Opel Manta?
Was it really made in 1900?

I think the minimum wage increases were being pushed hoping they have would spend the extra money on Obama-care... prolly wouldn't have happened. .
I'm still not convinced we're killing the earth either. Maybe it's cause I worked for oil & gas for years but I see green companies failing and the stupid ethanol sucking gubment that could be used other places. ..
And the free college thing was a joke. . There's already programs in place to do that.. as long as the kid stays out of trouble and maintains an average gpa..

I dunno man... we'll see... Mellow

I would hope that I'm true to form. From my standpoint the depiction of the assassination of the newly elected POTUS or even the current or sitting POTUS is totally unacceptable.

Well......

There are a lot of people with full time jobs that work for major US corporations that still qualify for welfare - because their cheap azz, multinational conglomerates don't pay them enough to live on. So we need a federal minimum wage for these large employers - because we are subsiding them.

And a lot of people don't and will never believe that industrial pollution is melting the ice caps and screwing up the environment. Because if it were true we would have to make costly changes - an who the f*** wants that? How about we just all believe that no one could ever know if it is true? I mean with so much money on the table is there any one you can trust?

Actually - with the coming administration, I don't think we will see much - they will keep us in the dark.
Squat and watch.

No need for hope Burner - Your form is unwavering.

And having no interest in why they did the scene, the dialog surrounding it, or what they were trying to say, tracks perfectly with your whole "shot first and don't ask questions later" persona.

But give the kids a break - it not like they grabbed pussey in the skit.

Money - Climate change is political because on money. To curb pollution the nations must shift from spending money in some industries and shift to others - nothing more political than that.

You really think it's a hoax bro?

They started wearing people about it back in the '50's.

To fix climate change why don't we phase the lest polluting control charge an excellent tax ton the polluting country's products ? Tax them until they improve ? It serves the climate change people and is a protective for jobs in the less polluting countries . Instead were making free trade deals with the worse polluting nations in the world ?
