Need a bus driver. And some time. 45 gallons in fermentors, crappy beer in kegs right now. Hopefully one of the still fermenting batches is worth sharing.

Those numbers are 3 LFRs, and one MFR. (and half are unrelated to this thread. 2 LFR's are preemptive strikes for this thread, one LFR semi-related and the MFR is just a classic bomb)

It is,

The bomb palama thread is picking back up. Perfect time to get in on the action.
Also, Busa wants vodka for busas wife (flavored and non) and busa's always low on bourbon
And Erjaq is getting hitched, need to pack and send him a gift
ZRX busted his arm, so he could probably use a care package.
There's a serviceman looking for cigars for deployed troops, can pack a box for them.

There's probably others I'm forgetting at the moment, but yes, it is a good weekend to pack

We'll see how this goes. Doubt I'll need it, still have plenty space in my hybrids and my desktop and I really don't think this thread's gonna take off.

Im more concerned with how im gonna hit y'all back than I am with storage. Hope everyone likes beer.

Tried one last night. Did not like it. Put it down early

I think I was expecting something a lot different than it was, so the expectation vs reality was too far off.

Now that I know its a spicy little firecracker, I may find time to enjoy one.

Been holding off, but my conscience got to me.
It's storming quite hardcore here, so I had some time to reflect....
I have to warn the target.

ZRX, for starting this thread, you've going to need to seek shelter immediately.

Couple'a thermonuclear devices en route.

THE largest payload I've EVER deployed @ 23lbs 9.4oz

Trust me, this hurt me as much as it will you.

I fear it may be too late to take shelter, and probably too late to wave off the delivery person. (Not that your one-armed waving would be very effective anyhow)

Spose this can just be a reminder to all: don't start none, won't be none.

Don't give up on them Dan. Lettum rest a bit. They also pair up really nicely with a morning cup of coffee.

Note to self: add some Kona coffee to Dan's box....

ya know, it's normally good practice to let cigars rest after a ride with usps. i like to let em acclimate for 1-2 weeks. although, sometimes, it's just so hard to resist.

i didn't like em fresh either. but those have over a year on them now and have rounded out. and then again, PCRs aren't for everybody. Some prefer the verocu 5s much better.

During the winter I learned not to touch anything rott.

The ones I smoked from my blind review pass were perfectly fine rott. So I figured with the weather change I didn't have to worry much.

I think the problem was I went out there with an expectation of a mild extremely creamy smooth cigar and when I lit it I was met with a slap-your-momma spicy lil firecracker. I don't have a clue where my expectation came from, but for whatever reason that's what I had in my head when I picked it out of my desktop to take out back. So due to the extreme contrast, it didn't work out too well.

I think I have another one of these somewhere in my hybrid that I got from another trade/pib (palama?). Not looking to dig it out just yet, but when I'm ready to try it again (with proper expectations) I might grab that one instead of my desktop stick from gae.

Most of the packages I receive, unless it's something I really wanna try, get bundled with an old receipt or newspaper or paper bags etc (like you see in videos of rolling factories) and I label the wrap with the sender/date/forum thread so I know why and from whom they came. But I don't have a notebook or anything to keep track of what exactly is in the bundles. I'm pretty sure one's in there soemwhere though.
