Asked Johnny-O! for a custom-rolled Genios in dark colorado with an uncut, closed foot. In a couple of short weeks he delivers with a bundle rolled by Santos! The pigtail cap is an excellent finish.

that's what I want to know... I've seen some pretty-looking cigars that smoked terribly bad... but I'm gonna go ahead and guess that's not the case with these...

how long do you let something like this nap before you smoke one?

LMAO!!! My humi can only hope to store what yours does my friend.

4-bits more than those Papa Frita trimmings, about the same as a 7th Reserva.

Will be trying a couple this week.

I've been around a while, and I've heard Johnny-O's name tossed around a few times. By now you'd think I'd know who this is, but....i do not. Or perhaps I've just forgotten. Glare

You can see him at OLH listing his stuff. Very good price on bundles and makes a ton of sizes.

CP, do you personally enjoy his stuff and, if so, which ones if you don't mind. Thanks.

Here is my attempt to review the Butifarra. Mine where Economically Advantaged so don't know how they compare to Factory or World Famous. Very good smoke though and I enjoyed them. Down to last 3 from a split.

Didn't smoke the Genios yet. Cooler was packed full of 5-finger bags so DBIII loaned me a Treasure Dome humi so they could rest naked in cedar. Another day or so.

Nice looking cigars. Thinking they will taste better than the Genios. I'm not a big fan of maduro Habanos.

Interested in a full report.

Nice, looking forward to hearing how they are. Maybe do a split with someone here, for one or the other.

Palama - Believe this is the one I sent.
These are also in time for revisit. They where very strong when fresh.
Still have the Cohiba Genios it was originally photographed with.

It's time to give John a ring. Who is interested in splits?

Haven't tried a Johnny O yet, ZRX sent me two or three earlier this year but just haven't pulled one yet. Maybe tomorrow morning after work.

These are fresh-rolled cigars, and Santos is a well-respected master-roller. For a few weeks they are good fresh before they go into their sick period. But let them rest a year or more and they become something really good, especially for the price.

Pm me with what were talkin about here.

I'm interested in getting in on one of these splits for some sticks that aren't on here. Need to broaden my selection and my palate.

Thanks,
Anthony

I'll look and get a couple bundles he is offering if you want to do a split. I like my rg 52 and under though and typically robusto or corona gorda size. Let me know if interested and maybe another person if they want to jump in.
