on my San Miguel torp i got today throughout the wrapper are these bumpy black vein like things. it almost seems like whatever this is in under the wrapper and protruding through the top. any ideas as to what this is?

Seriously dude, if you want our opinion you are gonna have to learn to focus on the cigar and not the wall behind you when you take a picture. Whatever the hell it is you might be talking about, everything looks just fine. Cigars are rolled from a LEAF so you will see veins and stems here and there.

No. The stem is in the center of the leaf, it's stripped out during the sorting & grading process and the leaf is separated into two halves which are handled individually.

That's what it looks like to me too, one of the larger veins.


Nothing to worry about. It's just a bit cosmetically ugly.
