It's that time of the month! My cigar club has a new brand to pick from. This month Senor Sancho Panza doffs his mighty(?) sombrero. Anybody ever partake in one of these? I need to choose between the Caballero, Glorioso, Primoroso and Valiente. Would like to hear any good, bad or otherwise tales. Still haven't got around to my Partagas from last month. Will offer my "knock your socks off" report whence I do. Thanks, in advance...

Had one of the Caballeros last week. Bought it in February, so it had about six months of humidor time on it. Silky wrapper, with few veins. Even burn, lots of smoke. Milder side of medium bodied. Started with kind of an herbal vegetal flavour. Developed some spiciness, but mostly kept the vegetal flavour. I only had one, so maybe this was a bad one or maybe it would be better if smoked fresh. I wouldn't smoke one again unless it was mighty cheap.

I buy the Caballero as a cut the grass, work in the garage smoke. It offers just enough to keep me entertained and saves my primos for better times. Plus @$40.00/box it's a good throw down.

I had a Glorioso the other day. A little sweet and spicy. I liked it! It's a poor man's Padron.

Not a bad cigar for the price and unfortunatley like most gars need some time.
I tried one of the new Oscuro box pressed ones given out at the RTDA and it was a GREAT gar! Looks just like the HON. Hoyo Presnado with all the deep flavors PLUS that you would expect from the Villazon factory!
If the price points are close to what they are now for the gar I will pick up a few boxs..
