Record voter turnout in Wisconsin, and other key states where two or three factors are present. 1)no ID required to vote, 2)key "battleground state", 3)record funding of Democratic voter registration drives. It will be a close race, If Kerry loses, he will demand recounts in every state where the above conditons were not met. He and the rest of the "neo-libs" will scream that Bush stole another election.
Curiously enough, no one will question the states that Kerry takes. Kerry wont demand a recount in Wisconsin, even if he loses, because if enough light is cast on that (and certain others) state, it will be found that people who didn't even go to the polls voted, people who didn't even know they were registered voted, people who haven't even been breathing for awhile voted.
Nobody will notice, because if Kerry wins, he wont challenge it, and if Bush wins, no one will bother checking a state that Kerry took!
Jesse Jackson will continue to rant about voter "disenfrachisement"
