"Earlier this year we had heard that Drew Estate would stop making their very successful La Vieja Habana line of cigars in favor of a new cigar called "The Early Years". There was great consternation among diehard fans of La Vieja Habana, but the news turned out to be untrue. The La Vieja Habana series is being extended with a new cigar called The Early Years. These will sell at prices higher than the regular La Vieja Habanas. We smoked a sample and it is a wonderful cigar with a solidconstruction, a very dark Connecticut broadleaf wrapper, and Nicaraguan viso/ligero filler. The cigar is very full of earth and coffee flavor and will be one for you to try.
