This cigar was about 4 1/2 inches in length and a 48-50 ring gauge. The wrapper looked like a sun grown(one of my favoites).

Construction was great athough the wrapper was a bit veiny. The cigar burned almost perfectly and held a light grey/white ash for over 2 inches before I tapped it off.

In the beginning the taste was slightly sweet with a honey taste. After the first 2 inches it started to taste a little nutty with maybe a hint of cocoa.

Lots of creamy smoke with a easy draw. It reminded me of the Fuente SGs I've smoked(Chateau?) but it didn't seem as full bodied.

The cigar never got harsh and I smoked it to about a 1 inch nub. I'd definitely buy some of these depending on price.

So Ethan, what was it???

This was the first cigar review I've ever attempted. Go easy on me. ;-)

Great review! You could write for CA! Sounds like you enjoyed it?

so... how much would you pay for it?

: )

I'm not telling until you're done with all three!

p.s. my first review will be tomorrow

Write for CA? Will manufactures pay me for positive reviews too???

I did enjoy it. If it was a mid level smoke($4-6) I would buy it. If it was the cheap one, I would defintely buy a box or two. Don't know if I'd pay $8-10 for a box though.

I'll finish with all three by the weekend. I look forward to finding out what these cigars are.

Well, I think you once again proved that Cohiba (red dot, extra vigoroso) is certainly a good cigar, but maybe a little overhyped and overpriced. I think you did GREAT!!!! Thoroughly enjoyed each review and I would say, from my limited experience, that you are a man whose reviews can be trusted!!! Thanks for the fun! Hope you enjoyed the gars!

Veru interesting. I tried two of the Cohiba XV torpedos's in the past and didn't much care for them but this one was very good.

Thank Ethan and get ready for some guessing Monday. ;-)
