Ok, Blind Taste Test #2. YELLOW

This was a corona size maduro with decent construction, slightly wrinkly, it was flaking and torn here and there. The cut was easy and it had the feel of decent tobacco that had some age on it. Smell was ok. Nice tobacco aroma, but slighlty bitter. Draw was ok, but a little tight.

Started well with a good burn and nice ash. Started off spicy and strong. Developed a full, mellow tobacco flavor with hints of pepper. Ash didn't hold up well. Burned a little crooked, but consistent. Draw opened up and flavor stayed about the same - full, rich, leathery, slightly bitter. Mostly just an overpowering tobacco flavor that wasn't unpleasant. All in all, it was a good cigar. The few beers that I had with it might have affected my judgement, but I don't think I missed anything.

This one my friend is a cigar that I have not tried I purchased about 4 of them at my local shop because I heard a good review on them, they've been sitting in there for a while and I though, hey this would be a good one to send for review. One thing though I could have swore I sent one that was about 6" long not the robusto, oh well.
Ethan that cigar was a Punch Gran Cru
