Coma... the box pass has landed in Fargo. I am trying very hard to contain myself and do some work.... but damn there are some mighty tasty smokes in there. I swear that the Bolivar keeps staring at me ;) I will go through the box later on today and post my takes/puts. Please bear with me, I am kind of a rookie at this kind of thing. :)

Hey chipslave, glad to hear it has landed. And you are right the Bolivar always stares, be careful now, he is a masochist, if you stare at him long enough he talks to you, he says, "hey, you, punch me, cut me, burn me, come on, whatcha waiting for, make me smoke!!!" Anyway looking foward to see what you're going to do as the first in the pass, no preasurre or anything, but everyone is watching....LOL.

Ok....

after much debate and thought I have come up with my takes and puts for this lovely box pass. It was a tough decision and I did my best to be fair. So.... without any further wait here it goes:

Takes / Puts

Bolivar Corona ISOM / Cohiba Esplendidos ISOM
CAO Black Ltd Frontier / Drew Estates Natural Mixed Elements
Montesino SG Magnum / Torano 1959 Torpedo
Gurkha Master Selection #2 / Buccanero Full Sail Maduro
1964 PAM Torpedo / AF Flor Fina 858 SG
H Upmann #2 ISOM / Diamond Crown Robusto No. 3
Partagas Black Label Clasico / CAO Brazilia GOL

I hope that you guys find these well within the spirit of the box pass. If there are any objections please let me know (but be gentle as I am sensitive ;)

And please keep in mind that Simon Bolivar had it coming! He kept staring at me all day at work.... It is my duty to light him up and smoke him... HAHAHA

Only a question, but is the Mixed Elements even a tiny bit aromatic? Most Drew Estates products are so I thought I'd ask.

I don't believe so. I have had this stick for a good month or so with no problems.

I thought the natural line DOES have a hint of an aroma in it. I know the pimp sticks do and they are part of the natural line. It's no where near as stinky as the Acids.

Has the box shipped? If so I'll yank the Drew if it is aromatic. Not all of the Drew's are smelly - the Industrial Press is not.

If it has not shipped LMK when it will be.

hasn't shipped yet. I will get it out tomorrow. I am broke until then with all the BOTL shipping I have done this week ;)

I will take care of the Drew at lunch today.

Since Monday is a holiday is there any point in shipping tomorrow? I hate to see the box stuck in a van or warehouse for the long weekend.

I think that is the best option given your current situation. Ideal would be today but sitting in a 100+ degree truck for three days and not going anywhere will give me nightmares!!

chipslave, if you cannot ship today don't ship untill Tuesday. I agree with everyone, letting the box sit for 4 days in a warehouse is not good for all those perfectly humidified, yummy, tastee...... okay, okay I 'll stop....LOWMAN'S PASS, LOWMAN'S PASS, LOWMAN'S PASS......darn, just thinking about those gars has me delirious. So Jay ship today or on Tuesday, and keep those gars safe and COOL.

After talking with Coma it was decided that it was no concidered a fair trade (based on MSRP). My goal and intent is to be as fair as possible so I put in its place the 1903 Maddie.

Just for you Tony, I will put it aside in a bag marked for you. You can catch me on the flipside sometime ;)

I am not sure, send it again if you don't mind. I had a bit of trouble with my email when I got back, seems that tons of people fell victim of a virus and I got hit with tons!!! of random emails, still going through them.
