It arrived...but the postal carrier didn't leave it with my apartment office cause of I need to sign. Told them to leave it tomorrow and make the office sign. Either way, I should get it tomorrow (Tuesday)...REady to do some damage to it.

I will start a new Host and Troops bag.

Here! Here!! It is thoroughly rude and unkind to leave us all sitting here, staring at our computer, hoping and praying for some signs of life!!

Give us a EMOTR Box Pass update!!!

And a pic!!!!

I swear I just opened the window and could smell a wonderful full and rich aroma from the direction of Waco...at least 150 miles away from here in San Antonio... seems to be headed this way...can't wait till it gets here

My apologies...my aquisition was a day late due to post office nonsense. I did receive it yesterday but no computer at home. It is my two days off, so I'm at the public computer right now...and I left my list of takes/puts at home. However, it is ready to go out as soon as I get confirmation from wer (I see that he is anxious) that he is ready. I will find a way to check the board tonight and will post my transactions. Sorry, no digital camera...so no pic.

Sorry for being worthless!

Ready to receive!
I'm not leaving home until it arrives (lol) Well, maybe for a little while, but I or someone will definitely be here to sign. Thanks Billy.

Three apologies from the great Billy Jackson?? Man... let's not take that "humble" stuff too seriously...

Don't worry about the pic... we'll just keep checking back on Rasdas' pics and dreaming....

Looking forward to what is sure to be some excellent plays...

.... btw, wer told me to bypass him....

wer, in that case, I will go home and get it in the mail today and trust that my takes/puts were fair. I will still post them and the tracking # tonight when I get to a computer.

thanks

On second thought, I have a question regarding how the USPS insurance works. If I hypothetically received the packaged with its contents destroyed, who makes the claim? Me as the recipient or RasDas as the sender? And if so, I suppose the payment would go to Ethan for putting everything together in the first place?

mmmmm....

Billy, you're freaking me out.....

but since we're only speaking hypothetically:

First, I believe the receiver makes the claim (after all, whatever the goods contained in the package were, they were going to be in his possession and if destroyed he no longer possesses them).

Secondly, Ethan and Tony put up the original collateral for the pass and will receive the final payoff in cigars, but if it comes down to merely a cash payout it might as well be sent directly to them.

I DO NOT like the direction this thread has gone... This should not even be brought up!! What are you trying to do, make me have nightmares??? Man, I'm going to be laying awake in cold sweats tonight....

I have never given a thought to how the insurance works and I'm sure it WILL NOT be an issue. I'm sure if the issue were to HYPOTHETICALLY occur, us smart guys could figure out how to deal with it. But it WON'T!

Oh... crap... I'm already shaking....

Wer, you'll have to post pictures now to reassure us....

I heard that SLim was going to front all the money if the box got damage or lost.

Choner, since I will not receive the Pass again - how can I get a chance to see your movie?

Here's an idea we could make a trade and that could be included.

GENTLEMEN!!!
1) The insurance thing was a joke. Maybe not funny...maybe a little sick...but a joke nonetheless.
2) On its way to wer...
Delivery Conf # 0302 1790 0001 6337 7221
Insurance # ($300) VD 166 490 364 US
3) I told you I had no computer at home...it is 8:40pm right now and I came in to work to post this. Sorry for the delay and the anxiety I have caused. It has been quite stressful for me also, if it is any consolation.

Takes/Puts
#63 ISOM Bolivar/ISOM Cohiba Esplendido (I think)
#39 Joya de Nic Antano/CAO Black Gothic (Torp)
#13 Padron 3000 Maddie/Torano Reserva Selecta
#38 AF Sun Beli/La Aurora Preferidos #2 Platinum Tubo
#59 ISOM Punch/ISOM H. Upmann - Connoisseur No. 1 Hermoso No.4

I started another host bag and troop bag...the troop bag will be too small, but I didn't have another big one. Also put in 4.5 oz of The Balvenie Doublewood Single Malt Scotch in a very sealed plastic bottle...It broke my heart to put it in platic, but I figured it was safer than glass.

Choner, I was expecting some nudity and sex!!! But very creative and well-done!

Let me know if I left anything out...I will be here about another hour and Thursday after 4pm CST.
