That's the standard we send anytime mail is sent. Our exchange servers are monitored by us. We check for inappropriate content ie, sexual, profane, etc.

use my home mail if this concerns you

yes this is in proper format. I believe the safeguards Cbid put in are affective in preventing anyone from grabbing and spamming. Of course with a little ingenuity it'll be worked around.
