Well, that's sad to hear ... there should be more, particularly in difficult times such as has been the case lately ... worst of all, that means you're pretty much on your own to provide actual customer service since (unless things have taken a drastic turn in the last 90 days or so) DuhMarie is by and large worthless ... I've had more than one negative experience with her, each of which precedes the current rash of problems and each of which might easily have caused me to become an ex-customer, except that having been around for as long as I have, I realize it's her that's at fault, not CBid and that what she needs is some good ol' fashioned training ...

I'm sorry to hear this.

perhaps training has occurred ... I suppose it IS possible, in which case I would apologize ... it's good in the end that I've had as much experience as I've had and recognize that she's an exception, not a rule ...

The fact they have not at a minimum hired temps during their crisis is a reflection of how they feel about the customer and their front line employees.

Hang in there CS folks.

My last order they sent the wrong box of cigars. I guess I'll contest the credit card charges if I don't get a reply.

No response from CS. No RGA. No return. No Undercrown Corona Dobles.

but you said they arent correct and you are challenging the charges
seems the honest thing to do would be to ask for a return shipping label and cancel the charges
but hey, "free" cigars right?

do this:

and hold tight
im sure things will be fine

they have promptly sent me a return shipping label in the past and im sure they will for you too just keep the packaging and box unopened the best you can as returns on open products are a touchy thing (as they cannot be sure how the cigars were or werent cared for)

Steve is probably just bent cuz he doesn't get free cigars from gullible noobs anymore... you and damarie have always done a fine job... and navigating through this fiasco will be a great story to have for future job interviews...

Speaking of which, you should be demanding raises every hour on the hour until this crisis is over... if there are only 2 of you, team up and
threaten a customer service strike until all demands are met...

Damn libtards always trying to organize the workers... don't listen to him shana... I'm sure you're workload is perfectly acceptable according to the corporate analysis. Maybe they'll send you some cupcakes to help.
