Man its cold out here tonight.
76 and perfect.
The yotes are yipping so I think I will go out and see what I can call in to the levee.
Thinking about hiding a few cigars around the property and see who can find them.
Awesome time in the Sip

So I knew Prop was a touch off, but I've come to love the guy.
Had to ride north, just to see if he really was in the Sip.
Man this guy cracks me up. I see his truck there, but no Prop. I jump on my 4wheeler and start riding trails in search for him. After 15 minutes of riding, I hear gun shots in the distance. They were close enough for me to know it was him. He came across one of FGMs canebreak rattlers. He had it thrown over a shoulder with plans to make himself a new belt.....I swear he can freak me out!!!! No way I would have picked up a 6 footer.

We sat under the shed and caught up for a few hours. Then he explained why he was in the woods. He wanted to leave everyone with a Prop style Easter egg hunt. That's right, he spent the day leaving small bags chocked full of premiums for everyone to find. Of course he made me swear that I wouldn't spoil the fun and lead everyone straight to them. I can say that he laid out "lucky 13" bags for the finding. I made the deal that if all weren't recovered by lunch Sunday, I could help with saying if parties are hot or cold.

Prop, great to hang out with you brother. Wish I could have stayed longer. Safe travels and can't wait to visit again soon.

I thought he was goofing too Mikey.
I found some 4wheeler tires on Craigslist in Yazoo City. I figured I was close enough to call him out, but I was wrong. That crazy man was there!!!

He is one of a kind for sure!

Awesome evening on the porch. Too bad its a perfect 80 degrees.
Well it was a hell of a surprise to get some company today.
I got Red Squirreled.
As you all know by now there are some great cigars hidden on the property.
Those of you that are willing, will have to cover a lot of property to find them. They are all in spots that I have been before but of the beaten path. There was someone with me every time so it will take some knowledge of my adventures.
I totally trust Mattie and know he will allow everyone a fair chance to play. Trust me, he has be rewarded.
Ok, time to wrap this adventure up.
I honestly hope your time at the herf is as great as my time here is.
It was a perfect weekend weather wise and got to herf with the squirrel.
I only ask that you all consider next years herf on the 1st weekend of April 2018.

Alright it's killing me Prop.

I have to give two hints about locations.

Think about where Prop was when he shot a beaver.

And

What did Prop make to shoot peas

No more hints.

Na frank.

I'm really more of a prick than you give me credit. I suppose the keyboard filters it well for me.

Regardless, I appreciate you subscribing to the idea that I'm such a nice guy.

Honestly, my hope is.....
Some folks participate. Prop worked hard and was excited about his gifts. I hope everyone doesn't forget or blow off the "Cigar Hunt Prop has a very good heart. He wanted to do something nice for everyone.

Oh crap, we didn't think about kickoff.

Prop
I'm letting you decide when the hunt can begin. Keep in mind, some arrive later than others.

If for some reason you find one before I'm there, make sure you can show me where you found it. I want to make sure all are picked up.

Sorry Mikey.

Don't worry Mattie. I was going to give some of those clues anyways. I'm not worried. Remember, I've shot more than 1 beaver, and if you think I made this easy, then you don't know me.
The rule are::: There are no rules. First come first served. I made sure they are stashed really well and you will have to go digging so to speak.
Here is 1 more clue. I had a pistol range 1 year.
Have fun
