Miss dropping by for a daily dose here!

Coffee here tastes great!
Glad this place is still open, just spent two days in hospital.
Bad food
Echo cardio
Bad coffee
CT brain
Cute nurses
CT carotid
Bad food
MRI Brain
Bad coffee
Did I say cute nurses? Edwards has the best of everything!
Couldn't get MRA done yesterday so they sent me home, I'll get that next week outpatient because at 62 I aced all tests so far.
I had two double vision episodes over the last month and with heart valve my GP sent me to ER and off I went to the heart hospital-10 years to the day since my valve replacement surgery.

Since they haven't found anything yet I'm making an appointment with a neuro-ophthalmologist to look at possible eye muscle problem as a cause.

Glad to be home.

I'll take a refill please!

Hey thanks!

NO! I even said please!

It's easy to make these nurses smile, they rarely get a "healthy" patient in the heart hospital!

They had me on stroke protocol, made me stay in bed for first day and half, after I had enough I pulled the pressure leggings off and started strolling.

Not fair to say there is not a lot of joy there (if you're there you've made it so far) but its filled with OLD people. They are the loudest and meanest to staff, I am sure because of confusion and fear. My heart goes out to them all.

Hope I don't grow up being a cranky old fart. Hope none of us do!

What the Hell does the doctor know? He only wants you alive long enough for insurance to declare you dead.

Thanks for the encouragement fellas...but I recognize that I am getting old and the body doesn't work like it used to...so I have to make some tough choices...looking and smelling won't hurt you, but touching and tasting will...
