You'd be better off throwing 5 $100 bills in the firepit, because unless I'm missing something, I've never heard of flavored gold, you're just smoking 3/4 of filler. Because it doesn't like there's any wrapper under that gold layer.

Simple to do with gold leaf sheets and pectin. Better hope the gold is "edible" gold used for desserts because non-edible gold leaf can have lead, copper or silver in the mix. The lead might leave a little more than smoke in your mouth.

And yes I can do this if you want. Would cost much less than $500 a unit.
