I don't think this ends well.

Too many people on this thread can't count, ain't noobs, and consider unobtaniums yard gars.

Pass the popcorn, the fireworks show is about to start!

Stinger, bomb landed and blew apart my mailbox. I don't have a laptop with me now, I will research and post when at work. But you easily blew me away with the generosity and kindness. Thanks stinger!

Welcome.

First, head on out to the Cigar Discussion page and introduce yourself to the masses. Next, a good place to start doing some trades is the NOOB PIB. It is a way to start building some trade cred. I did a few on here but am done for now. If you have any other questions, shoot me a Message and I will see if I can help.

Our delayed trade was finally consummated this Thanksgiving week. Earlier last week I was able to pull cigars and pack up my box. Our home renovations made it much more challenging to be active but David was more than accommodating as he patiently waited for me to get my act together. Suffice to say, his end was LOADED with GREAT stuff. Gotta hunt 'n peck for a few items. Full report later.

Thanks David for upping my trade cred. ThumpUp

Received your end today too. You mislead me with your comment about cigars fitting in an SLR. YEAH an SLR packed in a MFR. Awesome selection of cigars and goodies for my upcoming trip tomorrow.

Well yeah, I said that the cigars fit inside a SFR...didn't say I was only sending a SFR with cigars.

A matter of semantics? Hmm, maybe. Think

But you know, I learned this from a guy who lives in a van down by the river so blame him. Gonz

Sorry, been a tad busy with work and house duties but after some hunting and pecking, here is what Stinger sent as part of our trade:

Goose Island 2015 Bourbon County Brand Stout – he stood in line in bad weather (sleet) waiting to buy it! Man, that’s dedication!

A. Fuente FF Opus X Love Affair – nh (but damn, these are htf)
A. Fuente Opus X Petit Lancero – nh (another htf)
Drew Estate Liga Privada T52 – I’ve smoked the No. 9 Robusto but never a T52
LFD Air Bender Villano – nh
LFD Double Ligero Chiselito – had one awhile back and it was tasty!
My Father El Centurion Robusto OR from 2007 – wow!
Tatuaje Black Label Petite Lancero – love me some Tats
Tatuaje Caballeros – a good medium smoke
Tatuaje Havana VI Hermosos – another fine smoke
Tatuaje Jekyll No. 7 – nh
Bolivar Coronas Extra (CC) – from 2000 – dayum!

Now all of that constitutes one heck of a trade and who could ask for more but it seems Air Force Lt. Colonel Stinger was also the pilot for a secret raiding mission that flew in a B-2 Stealth bomber manned by “The RMCF Crew” that blew the Crocs off my feet. Inside the trade box, “The Crew” dropped some swag from the 2016 Rocky Mountain Cigar Festival as well as some GREAT smokes. To say I never say it coming would be an understatement. When their Smart Bomb struck, the shrapnel included:

My Father big ashtray
RMCF 2016 t-shirt – in a couple of years I’m gonna be there
A. Fuente Anejo No. 60 – somebody knew that I’m a Fuente ‘ho
LFD Double Ligero Lancero – nh but been wanting to try
LFD Event only 3-pack Toro or Double Robusto-size stogies
L’Atelier La Mission 1982 5er – nh
My Father Special 3-pack box – available only at events
Tatuaje Pudgy Face – I’ve had the Baby Face and really liked it, excited to ash this one

So I got double whacked upside my head by Stinger and “The Crew.” BEEG Mahalo to crew members Cacman, DBIII, DED, Dkeage and LtC Stinger for the surprise hit. Really appreciate it (...however, I will deal with these guys separately (Ninja-style) but mark my words fog , they will be dealt with...).

Have you read this thread? Or only the part where a noob got a bunch of premium cigars from a great brother and now you want some, too?

Stinger offered to trade with two noobs and did that. He didn't leave an open ended offer to every mooch that strolls into the boards.

The noob trade thread that I was referring you to appears to be dormant -- I wasn't aware. I'll try to get a hold of the old man and see if he is done...or just taking a break. I know he got pretty busy, what with his 'Garden', and all. If he is done, perhaps someone else will step up.

I'm not mooching man. I've got plenty of premium stogies. Just wanting to be part of the community.
