looking for tips/tricks as to how to do this right. dont want the bottles to break/top pop off.
have guys had success with this? please advise one secret santa to another. thanks boys.

Consider wrapping each bottle in it's own ziplock bag, and wrap with packing tape. If there is a breakage at least the spill is as contained as it can be. Lots of bubble wrap and tyrofoam peanuts.

that was the plan, but i didnt know if the top would blow. wwas gannna segregate the smokes in thoer own baggies as well.

Doesn't matter what I do, the stinkin' post office will drop, stomp, toss and then run through a steel press, before setting it on somebody's porch. . .

I haven't had any problems yet with shipping bottles. I bubble wrap the crap out of them then make sure to pad the the outer areas of the box with news paper so the bottles are not sitting directly on the cardboard.

Foam padding the walls of the box helps.
