Wolf, that IS the end game and we are powerless to stop it short of a civil war & the ensuing anarchy. So yes, it will continue until our standard of living rivals that of the "developing world's".
Don't fight it just accept it & pray. It is inevitable. Don't be worried. Just do the best you can as you raise the upcoming *"paper plate" generation.
