The February job report shows the US economy grew 235,000 new jobs in Feb 2017. Wow, looks like the job market believes in Trump. Way to go, big guy...

Do You Suffer From Trump Unacceptance & Resistance Disorder (T.U.R.D.)?

Trump Unacceptance & Resistance Disorder is a pattern of pathologically dissociative and psychotic behavior, first observed in the late hours of November 8th 2016, and increasing in severity with passing time.

Sufferers of Trump Unacceptance & Resistance Disorder often exhibit pronounced cognitive dissonance, sudden bouts of rage, rioting, and uncontrollable crying.

People with Trump Unacceptance & Resistance Disorder are characterized by a persistent unwillingness to accept that Donald Trump is going to Make America Great Again.

Trump Unacceptance & Resistance Disorder was directly caused by the election of Donald Trump as President of the United States of America. For many, both in America and worldwide, this was a shocking and unexpected outcome; their preferred news sources having failed to inform them that the alternative candidate was a criminal parasite in such ill health she got chucked into the back of a van like a kidnap victim.

Research is ongoing, but T.U.R.D. appears to correlate closely with the following environmental and behavioral factors:

Membership in the Democratic Party

Identifying as a Feminist

Currently enrolled in college, and/or Possession of a Liberal Arts college degree

Living in a densely populated metropolitan area

Massive student debt

Patients with T.U.R.D. are very resistant to treatment, and dangerous in large groups. Any possibility of treatment requires that they be separated from their hive-mind support apparatus; they cannot begin the process of accepting reality in the presence of encouragement towards delusion and irrationality. Separation may require the assistance of law enforcement.

Good luck!

“Unemployment rate only dropped because more people are out of labor force & have stopped looking for work. Not a real recovery, phony numbers”

Oct. 19, 2012
"7.8% unemployment number is a complete fraud as evidenced by the jobless claims number released yesterday. Real unemployment is at least 15%”

Aug. 11, 2013
“We can rev up this economy like it should be, not with false numbers like 7.4 percent unemployment. But with real numbers.”

May 31, 2014
“Unemployment is a totally phony number.”

June 16, 2015
“Our real unemployment is anywhere from 18 to 20 percent. Don't believe the 5.6. Don't believe it.”

Aug. 11, 2015
“Then you hear there's a 5.4 percent unemployment. It's really — if you add it up, it's probably 40 percent if you think about it.”

Aug. 30, 2015
“They show those phony statistics where we are 5.4 percent unemployment. The real number, I saw a number that could be 42 percent, believe it or not.”

Sept. 28, 2015
“I hear 5.3 percent unemployment, that is the biggest joke there is in this country. That number is so false.”

Sept. 29, 2015
“The number is not reflective. I have seen numbers of 24 percent. I saw a number of 42 percent unemployment. … That number is so false.”

Oct. 9, 2015
“They say 5.3 percent employment. The number is probably 32 percent.”

Oct. 11, 2015
“Nobody has jobs. … It is not a real economy. It is a phony set of numbers. They cooked the books.”

Jan. 17, 2016
“Look again, you hear these phony jobs numbers? People that gave up looking for jobs? They are considered employed.”

Feb. 9, 2016
“Don't believe those phony numbers when you hear 4.9 and 5 percent unemployment. As high as 35 — as in fact, I heard recently, 42 percent.”

March 12, 2016
“The numbers are phony. These are all phony numbers. Numbers given to politicians to look good. These are phony numbers.”

May 24, 2016
“You hear a 5 percent unemployment rate. It's such a phony number. That number was put in for presidents and for politicians so that they look good to the people.”

July 7, 2016
“The phony 5 percent numbers that we hear about with the unemployment.”

Aug. 8, 2016
“The 5 percent figure is one of the biggest hoaxes in modern politics.”

Nov. 4, 2016
“The terrible jobs report that just came out … you can see phony numbers, 5 percent.”

Dec. 8, 2016
“The unemployment number, as you know, is totally fiction.”

Uh, the OP didn't brag about low unemployment.
It was about new jobs created.

I'm not saying that Trump already solved the jobs crisis or even deserves credit here, but if you're going to go to all the trouble of gathering snippets, make sure they're at least relevant snippets.

Remember how the ditz biotch from Cali ( Pelosi ) again opened her mouth while Obummer was still POTUS and still proclaiming great employment numbers...said:

Americans should embrace our New Economy that only offers MOSTLY Part TIME JOBS of 30 hours or less....

Use the extra " free time " to enroll in arts classes etc. etc. etc. ( as though those things come FREE too)

My (too understated?) point really had nothing to do with jobs, nor unemployment. (Seems that there might be a little correlation, however.)

I'm simply quite amused by Trump dismissing data sources that don't agree with his alternate facts of the day, but embracing those same data feeds when they support today's chosen facts....

unemployment figures are bs, period... anyone who's looked into how unemployment numbers are calculated has figured that out...

jobs created numbers, probably a little harder to fake but I suppose it's possible...

I work as a machinist, and the company I work for makes a lot of parts for the military. Since the election this company has bought 2 new incredibly large CNC milling machines and the tooling needed for a new $30 million Govt. contract. They have also hired 4 new people in the last week to get this machinery up and running and to operate equipment once it is running.
This company has also purchased 2 new CNC lathes since Trump took office, to manufacture other parts needed for this project......this means overtime for me and all the others who work with me, and others will be hired for the deburring, assembly, shipping, and all the other jobs involved in completing this project.
This one project does not include the many other projects they have bid on since Trump announced he would be ramping up military spending, so while I can't comment on all the other jobs in this country MFG. jobs in New Hampshire seem to be on the uptick, and for me and my life after all these years of MFG. going downhill and good paying jobs, or any mfg. jobs, hard to find, being able to look around and see several jobs available in local machine shops at competitive pay scales with good benefits......is a good sign.
So at this point, looking at the local landscape, Trump is having positive effects in my world, and I can say that my small portion of America is on the upswing........I won't say "GREAT AGAIN", but ask me again in a few months and I might

and as far as I'm concerned America IS the greatest country in the world.......Just in case anyone was misinterpreting my statements.......

It is entertaining to see how each side interprets data from the SAME source...Sean Spiceitup even laughed when questioned about the Feb, 2017 job numbers and unemployment rate and said, jokingly I think, that the numbers are REAL now, but fake when Obama was President, just as his boss has been saying all along....(see the litany of statements by Trump after positive new job growth numbers were reported by the Obama administration, posted by dstieger above, #9)

I do think that our economy is getting healthier, the jobs data is an indicator of that. I also believe the recovery began many years ago, despite opposition from some who insisted America was in the dumpster...imagine where we'd be if both sides at least tried to pull from the same side of the rope...

Nothing to do with unemployment??
You have 503 lines of quotes concerning unemployment.

How freakin subtle do you want to be??

As for Trump? He wasn't the one embracing the job creation stats.

And (and this isn't aimed at you dstieger) please understand one thing very clearly.
When the term "alternative fact" is uttered, it is impossible to take the statement seriously.
Utterly and completely impossible.
It's a made up term by the media. And when it's used it simply proves the media hold on all things liberal.

Stop with your real life viewpoints!

Last month I was on the west coast attending a trade show for the medical device industry.
I've been several times to this annual show over the past 6 years.

This is the FIRST year that people were talking optimistically about the market. About expanding their manufacturing. About not fearing cut backs.
It's early still. And maybe Trumps douche nozzle personality will be the demise of our country. but in the meantime American manufacturing will be growing their businesses and doing their part.

And if I'm honest about it? I think about half of those optimists didn't vote for him.
Which is an even greater testament to the business climate.

That is correct, and Conway said it with all sincerity in an interview with CNN, attributing "alternative facts" to Trump, as if she believed he could alter the truth...Chuck Todd's indignant reaction was priceless...he looked like she farted in his face...

Listen guys... you can say Kelly Ann Conway popularized the term "alternative facts" first all you want. Bit tails just using alternative facts when he believes the media coined it. He isn't wrong... he's just using different facts.... differently...
