Does he really need the press? When the newspeak kicks in fiction writers will be the norm. I heard Swedish immagrants were planning a massacre in Bowling Green but agent orange fixed everything on his own even though the Mexicans were lying about global warming.

Riots erupted in a heavily immigrant Stockholm suburb Monday night, as masked looters set cars ablaze and threw rocks at cops, injuring one police officer, Swedish officials said.

Police in Sweden said Tuesday they were investigating riots that broke out overnight in a predominantly immigrant Stockholm suburb after officers arrested a suspect on drug charges. Spokesman Lars Bystrom said unidentified people, including some wearing masks, threw rocks at police, set cars on fire and looted shops in Rinkeby, north of Stockholm.
The violence in Rinkeby began around 8 p.m., when officers arrested a suspect at an underground station on drug charges, The Local reported. A group soon gathered, hurling rocks and other objects at officers and prompting one cop to fire his gun “in a situation that demanded he use his firearm,” police spokesman Lars Bystrom said.

“But nobody has been found injured at the scene and we have checked the hospitals and there hasn’t been anyone with what could be gunshot wounds,” Bystrom added.

It came just days after President Trump was mocked during a Saturday campaign rally for mentioning Sweden alongside a list of European targets of terror. Trump later said his “You look at what’s happening last night in Sweden” remark was in response to a Fox News report on the country’s refugee crime crisis that aired on Friday evening.

France - Which has tolerated so much is now looking at Le Pen as taking over and sweeping reforms.

Germany - Lead the way with the Syrian "refugees"...what followed was just that...riots, rapes and holidays marred by their blight. Nevermind the facts that they are generously being taken care of.


AND STILL...it's not a workable issue. Look at the people living on the streets. Talk about millennial trash. Most are men too. WTF are they doing running when they should be arming themselves and doing what's right for THEIR country?

Well that might be the message he wants to and should give, too bad he sprinkles in lies and hyperbole.

Nothing happened in Sweden the other night. He was just kidding.

In fairness I don't think he planned to infer or lie about a terrorist attack in Sweden the other night. I think he watched tucker Carlson the night before and as typical trump speaks in clumsy half sentences. Some interpret it one way, others another. I more and more am thinking it's not always purposeful deception.

I'm not for illegal entry. And I am not for blocking legal/vetted entries either.

I dunno. Even in high school social studies in the 80s we talked about how we were less a melting pot more a dinner plate. Traditionally Chinese, Irish, Italian, Serbian, Laotian, German etc didn't immediately assimilate and formed their own communities etc. over time it is more so but then there are new groups not assimilating for awhile.

I think our vision of history is more romantic or rosey than reality. The fact time has moved on and things got better tends to dilute reality.

don't be sorry, my grandfather told me of "help wanted, Irish need not apply" signs in store windows around Boston when he got here. Don't think the Irish were calling the shots then, and even if they were, he wanted me to know what ugly looks and feels like.

my grandparents showed me that too. First generation German and first generation Irish. While both groups took their share of hate and discrimination The wars (my grandpa fought in ww1) seemed to flip the intensity.

In Iowa several villages popped up that were self sufficient German towns. Outsiders not welcome in, and vice versa. Very little assimilation for generation. They are tourists traps now. Assimilation never has happend quickly or all that willingly. That's a misnomer.

My grandpa had nothing against the n*ggers though (his common word for them). He even taught them to read and stuff. He never spoke poorly of them but certainly didn't want them where he lived or near his family. Drop him in our times and he's a bigot at best. In his time he was normal or common.
