Tail... still looking for that post of yours back in 2014 where you say something like "hey guys I know we all hate Obama but think of the things he did while we all hated him... like passing that veterans health bill... which will be so well funded it's still going to have money in it after it expires in the next presidency when we have an orange moron in charge"... ?

It's in there.

Alt fact: Thumpher said that his first 100 days will be the best of any President ever....then as he got closer to the "finish line" he looked around at all he's done...then he said it is a ridiculous standard...

Fact: Thumpher's first 100 days actually has been a great success, one for the history books. One of his campaign goals was to improve the health of the average American. He has done so by motivating millions of average Americans: young and old, many obese or morbidly obese, all colors, most neighborhoods, all across the country; to spend many of their week-ends going out for long walks together, singing and chanting and carrying signs. This health-craze has even spread across the globe on several occasions...hopefully it will not be a fad...

Go President Trump...keep up the good work!

alt fact: President Obummer announces a trade deal with Iran to stop its nuclear weapons program and to return five American hostages it has held for many years, in exchange for seven low risk Iranian-Americans and a plane full of cash. This is a great deal...

actual fact: We got a raw deal: the 5 Americans we got back were not very important people. The Iranian-Americans we released were key conspirators in the Iran nuclear weapons program supply lines. Making the deal even worse, we withdrew arrest warrants for 14 Iranians who are also part of the Iranian nuclear weapons supply program...and we pizzed off a lot of intelligence officials who spent years identifying, tracking down and arresting people supplying the Iran nuclear weapons program... and now our intelligence people aren't sure they want to put in the effort to keep identifying and tracking and arresting the Iranian bad guys... and the Iranians did agree to stop their work on their nuclear weapons program and to allow outside monitoring to insure they are complying....

...Obummer shoulda asked Trump to help negotiate this deal. We may not have put the brakes on the Iran nuclear program or allowed an open door to let us monitor them (and we'll never know how much progress it would've made without this deal), but we would've prosecuted the seven bad guys, and possibly have apprehended and charged the 14 fugitives by now. And our intelligence agents would be busy looking for more Iranian bad guys...WGAF about the 5 Americans we got back...and WGAF about the stoppage of the Iran nuke program along with outside monitoring to ensure compliance...

How ironic that Trumpov's rise in politics was a fake news story he perpetuated that was intended to derail/distract/delegitimize a sitting President...

...as his son-in-law gets dragged into the expanding muck of the Russian thing, Trumpov's (and those in his inner circle) actions and words may have caused his own Presidency to become derailed/distracted/delegitimized by what he calls a fake news story...

Russian thing.

We don't know what it is. Or if it is even a thing.
But we'll keep saying "Russia" over and over until people think it's real. And it's spectacular.

I guess you forgot that Obama's administration tried to open a back door to Russia as well.

U.S. Contributions to IAEA Funding
The United States is the largest contributor to the IAEA, providing an estimated $200 million annually in assessed and voluntary contributions. The share of U.S. contributions is typically about 25 % of the regular IAEA budget as is the case for FY2016, but can fluctuate slightly from year to year, depending on such factors as the total budget and number of members that are assessed.

For comparison, other top contributors and their 2016 assessed rates are Japan (10.6%), Germany (7%), France (5.5%), United Kingdom (5.1%), China (4.5%), Canada (2.9%), Spain (2.9%), Brazil (2.7%), and the Russian Federation (2.4%).

************************************************************************************************

Of course they need more $$$. The US contributes 2.5x as much as the next closest contributor. I say defund the the US portion of the IAEA. Spend that more protecting our country and let the other free loaders pay for their own protection. Besides, IIRC everyone hates us anyway. Why should we pile money into their outstretched hands? Let them be responsible for their own defense. No one outside of the US will wonder what US cawk tastes like because they will all be on their hands and knees in front of anyone who can help restore funding for their defense.

There are some differences here...Trumpov and his family and friends continue denying having contacts with Russians until they are proved to be lying, then say those omissions were innocent mistakes... all those meetings/calls were about nothing...it sure looks like they are doing their best to hide stuff...the Russians they contacted are intelligence agents, one who runs a Russian bank known to be connected with money laundering and criminal enterprises...

... this sure looks like the Trump campaign had connections with and got help from the Russian government and intelligence services during the campaign...either for help to win the election, or for financial support for Trump's enterprises, or both...

I have no problem spending money on our military. The military creates jobs. Jobs provide income. Income ripples across the economy. Win, win, win as far as I'm concerned.

"The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday refused to reinstate President Donald Trump's executive order banning travelers from six mostly Muslim countries. A three-judge panel said the administration failed to show that blocking citizens from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen was needed to protect the U.S. The court also found that the president's order ran afoul of an immigration law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of nationality."

It's like both the Judicial AND the Legislative branches are out to get him....if only it weren't for that damned Constitution thing...no telling what this administration might be able to get done

Alt Fact: Trump has a long meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, and they both proudly announce a new joint US - Russia cybersecurity initiative to help the world stop international meddling in sovereign nation's elections...

Actual fact: Trump is planning to run again in 2020, and he needs Russia's help to win that election too...

You're good... not only can you predict the future, you can make up your own facts. I'm impressed!

But... where is the proof that Russia affected the election? Didn't Comey, himself, say that not one vote was changed? And wasn't he the guy doing the investigating? What with his feud with Trump right now you'd think if he found damning evidence he would have 'leaked' that, too... right?

OK...so I was just making up the "fact" that Trump is running again in 2020...doesn't look likely now...he's asking his legal team about the Presidential pardon power and whether he can pardon himself...

Don't Presidents usually do that on their way out the door?

Donald Trump
@realDonaldTrum

"Only the Fake News Media and Trump enemies want me to stop using Social Media (110 million people). Only way for me to get the truth out!"

9:55 AM - Aug 1, 2017

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I suspect that he's misinformed...or performing some sort of 'artful', calculated 'deflection.

In fact, I would imagine that nobody wants the Tweeter in Chief to continue the tweets more than do his detractors. Its the apologists and 'supporters' that cringe the most; and have said they want it to stop.

Trump: Wouldn't it be nice if the US could have friendlier relationships with Russia?

US Congress: Hell NO!!! Congress crafted and passed new sanctions legislation against Russia for 2016 US election tampering that is impervious to Presidential manipulation without Congressional approval...

Senate voted 98 - 2

House voted 419 - 3

Trump: "I saw some really fine people walking with some really bad people...but there were bad people on both sides..."

The Moron in Chief equated KKK, Neo-Nazis, and white supremacists with those who oppose their hateful philosophy. The same racist people who say they are together to just promote their pride in their European heritage, but who tellingly, are not welcome in Germany, the country that spawned their ideology. The same ideology that launched the Holocaust and motivated several countries to go to war to spread that ideology in effort to dominate the world, a destructive war that nearly destroyed the world, and ushered in the age of nuclear weapons...

There is no defending that philosophy and those who embrace it. The survival of the world is at risk...

Trump's lack of knowledge belies his pampered pedigree, one that allowed him to avoid military service. His father was once arrested for failing to disperse, along with six other people, during a KKK march in NY.

He never equated their hatred.. he said there were bad people on both sides.. he said this because both sides showed up to this event wearing helmets and carrying bats and stuff.. this wasn't a beat down of helpless people.. I'm deeply saddened the girl died and others wrre seriously injured.. Trump also offered condolences but nobody heard it.. he also condemned the hate groups.. but some news outlets flat out lied and said he didn't.. he'll never get a fair shake no matter what he does.. it's really sad this is getting the attention it is.. what is gained by crying on TV cause your feelings are hurt..?? All this is going to do is take someone over the edge and start shooting Republicans again.. but that will get turned around on Trump also... Mellow

His condemnation felt fake, forced, slowly read on teleprompter, as if the words were not familiar. The next day, he recanted his condemnation, giving a rapid, stream of consciousness, off the cuff statement (the type of statement that is often a stronger indication of how an individual really thinks, from the heart) putting the white supremacists in a better light with his "lots of fine people with them" remark. Then all the accolades tweeted by the Neo-Nazis, the KKK and their groups followed, praising the President for his support.

Fair enough...I'm not able to read Trump's mind and am not a trained linguist...but here are some actual facts, not supposition...

Trump: "I know the heads of all the major American corporations...I know all the best Generals in our military...we're gonna get so much done...believe me"

CEO's on Trump's Strategic and Policy Forum and also on Trump's Manufacturing Jobs Initiative: See ya...(both councils have been dissolved)

All five Generals/Admirals on the Joint Chiefs of Staff departed from Trump's assignation of blame to both sides and made clear statements about what is right: there is no place in our military for racism...that will not be tolerated...

Very rare when CEO's of major American multi-national corporations, top military brass and libtards all can agree on something...
