So they stick a straggler with us on a fine new year golfing day...

He almost made it a whole round with us, but alas on hole 18... he just couldn't do it anymore.

At least he saved his clubs though.

(This actually happened... was funny af)

Blame the lock mechanism on the brake....they are notorious for not clicking in properly........but that's why you should never park on a slope....next to a pond.

Nice. I almost flipped a golf cart once...decided it would be fun to go down a 45 degree slope that was about 50 yards long...in the rain...spun the thing 3-4 times, tipped and was probably a couple inches from tipping. I have to say, it was a whole heck of a lot of fun though.

I worked on a golf course while in college. Was pulling a 4 gang mower behind a tractor and caught the outside blades on a metal spike hidden in high grass around a lake and drove the whole thing into the lake. Anxious

so what the guy shoot?

One of my best friends thought it be funny to drive a golf cart speeding down a steep decline and take a sharp left while breaking......

we flipped the cart, to it's right and i was on the passenger side. I had infection from the scraped skin and i still got scars on my legs and elbow...

things happen i guess. but this is still mind boggling. what was going through this guys mind?

It was an accident. I'm not sure wtf he was doing, his ball was nowhere near the lake (my buddies was and we were arguing about where he had to drop).

Anyway, I'm not sure how he ended up in that predicament, I didn't notice until it was about to fall in, he was trying to hulk it back up the slope, lol.

No idea what he shot... I do know he smacked one out of bounds at one point then dropped where it went out... so add at least one to what ever it was.

At least you guys have a lake for a cart to back into... courses around here at the moment, that cart would have made like a zamboni... . Brick wall

If it weren't for alcohol, many of us probably wouldn't even exist.

I worked at the local CC in highschool, the Marshalls cart didn't have a governor so we used it to lock the gates at night. One night it was raining and I decided to see how far I could slide down the 16th fairway (downhill obviously....) well the ass end came around and I did a dozen or so spins.

The pro (alcoholic) was on the driving range apparently, and when I got back he asked where I ****ING learned how to drive.

He never asked me to wash his car again.
