Keep hearing the buzzword 'hacking'. But I haven't come across what was hacked yet.

Love the explanation of the difference between espionage and hacking.

China's hack into the OPM is considered "espionage" because of it's "passive" nature and does not required retaliation or sanction.
The alleged Russian "hack" of the DNC is not espionage. But even though they can not determine the effects of the released info, the act requires sanctions.

Nothing more than a bunch of old guys patting themselves on the back before leaving office in a few days.

Not sure what part of that you're having trouble understanding... but I'm guessing since it doesn't have to do with trying to run away to higher elevation to get away from dark people ... it's probably most of it.

I moved from an urban environment and black neighborhood because I was tired of my family be discriminated against for being white! You have no idea where we came from or what we put up with. You have no idea how hard we worked, scrimped and saved to move.
