Didn't know that any of her kids were autistic.
I just thought that they were white trash, like their Mama.

I'm just looking forward to four years (if he lasts that long) of President elect 5K3W.
It will be very entertaining.

The cops profiling...

What about the Fed's enforcing the law?

If you don't like centralized power doing an ACTUAL ENUMERATED POWER......maybe your POS group shouldn't always be giving DC so much power.

See when the other side bitches about the 10th ammendment they are not talking about something that is specifically given to the Feds.

[quote=dstieger]I see it differently....My take is that when someone says Happy Holidays, some Christians are offended and feel discriminated against[/quote

And I see what you see " differently " we have been celebrating CHRISTMAS in THIS country for as far back as history recalls, people are upset @ it being relegated to the " back of the bus " while we celebrate ALL others as Carl has said.

Nobody feels discriminated by it.

People used to say it frequently years ago. But it was meant to be all encompassing. To include Thanksgiving and Christmas. Or Christmas and New Years.

But one day, the nation was told that it is offensive to say Merry Christmas because many are not Christian.
The term Happy Holidays was a forced replacement.

Don't confuse the issue on this one.
Christians have many faults like anyone else. They needn't be saddled with this false impression.

Well said Sir.....Well said and the honest truth

You're right.
White guys have no right to whine about anything, ever.
Call it white guilt or white privilege, or some other pretentious liberal tag.

And when you're called out on it, just point fingers and say you're missing the point. Because nobody has the time to go back and re-read all the posts anyhow.

And how can I miss a point when I was the one making it?
Although if anyone could flub that one up, it would be me.

While I thought the brouhaha over that word at UW was ridiculous, ones intentional use of it when there are much better fitting words smacks of a 5 year old who just found something that irritates the adults in the room and now won't stop doing it.
