“Animals representing Hillary Clinton and Dems in North Carolina just firebombed our office in Orange County because we are winning.”

Earth to Agent Orange™, you are not winning anything.

From Tony's article:
Local Democrats, meanwhile, created an online fundraising campaign to help local Republicans rebuild following Saturday night’s attack. Dems hoped to raise $10,000 as part of the drive – a goal they met in only 40 minutes.

Should I post this here or in the voter fraud thread?

RNC spokesman says that completed absentee ballots may have been destroyed in firebombing.

Why would ballots be at a political office and not at the county clerks office.......

Don't know.
If they were, that would be considered illegal.

North Carolina Republican Party spokeswoman Emily Weeks told NBC News that the office is totally unusable and that materials inside, possibly including completed absentee ballots, may have been destroyed.

Don't know how the absentee ballot thing works. I've never done it. Can they collect them at events and send them in in batches? I would think not but is every state different?

When asked if the GOP could have been collecting completed absentee voter ballots, Tracy Ream, the Director of North Carolina's Orange County Board of Elections told The New Civil Rights Movement via telephone Monday, "they cannot do that." She cited the State Board of Elections rules.

Once complete, the absentee ballot "must be returned to the county board of elections no later than 5:00 p.m. on the date of the election," the State Board of Elections website reads. "The envelope may be mailed or delivered in person to the board of elections’ office. Only the voter or the voter's near relative (spouse, brother, sister, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, stepparent, stepchild or qualified legal guardian) may deliver an absentee ballot in person."

So the militant Hillary supporters firebomb the RNC, and the story lines are:
1. charitable DNC raises money to help rebuild RNC.
2. RNC may have been collecting illegal absentee ballots.

And that Maddow dude at the peoples republic of NBC doesn't condemn the firebombing. But he DOES condemn Trumps response because it's too early to tell the motive.
Despite painted words telling the "nazi republicans" to go home.

I can see tomorrow's headline in the Globe:

"Trump attacks democrats as they try to raise money to rebuild the building where voter fraud was rampant."
Add a meme and a shrill Elizabeth Warren soundbite and it might win the election for the Hill Dog.

But a group could collect them and mail them in batches no? Just to make sure they actually got mailed. There might not be anything clandestine here.

If there is I love the mutually exclusive defense. Someone blew my house up so ignore the meth lab you found at the fire.

I'd bet they were doing nothing wrong but if they were the mean old press should ignore it instead of covering the bombing AND the wrong doing.

The victim card Trump is playing grows weary when played by one of the more aggressive men in recent political history.

Where do you get that a group could collect them?
Ms. Ream states that if the Republican office was handling completed ballots, they would be in violation of the NC election laws.

They are very specific as to how these ballots can be handled. The voter or his family are the only people allowed to handle these ballots other than the Post Office.

Trump finally speaks the truth:
"Of course there is large scale voter fraud happening on and before election day. Why do Republican leaders deny what is going on? So naive!"

I was reading the language you posted carefully and literally. I didn't look anywhere else and meant it as a question not a statement.

Your quote above says when they must be recieved and either by mail or in person. On the the individual can deliver them in person. It says nothing about who can mail them.

Not drawing conclusions just asking questions.

And make mistake if trump as a victim is laughable.

I would imagine that they could be mailed by friends or a family member if not by the voter.
I don't see how it could be a good idea to let one of the political parties have any involvement in the process.
Why would completed ballots be in that building?
Where they "helping" people fill out their ballots?

Wouldn't it be easier to just drop off your ballot in the nearest mailbox?
I have at least three mailboxes within four blocks of my house.

If you are the party you don't want to chance anyone just not getting around to it or forgetting. You want to make sure close the deal. After they leave you never know.

So no.
