I'm not sure I would notice if I were banned for only two days.

Finally, on Easter Sunday, I went over my e-mails. Guess what? No e-mails from Shana telling me about my suspension or my "horrible crime." I guess it is either in cyberspace or Shana forgot to press the "send" button. No matter. I know about it now. On the other hand, since I didn't know this was a felony; an initial message should have been sent, assuming someone sent it that knows how to use a PC, should have merely informed me that this was against the rules. I have seen so many posts using the forbidden PC words, I just assumed it would be all right. Of course, Cac man, who probably knows the US Code Annotated by heart, promptly put me in my place.

Q, it is all in good fun when you banter back and forth with other members here. But it is in poor taste when you call out a member of Cbid customer service. Shana said she sent you a PM, I believe her. Why not PM her or call customer service to speak with her?

I have more fun this way. Besides, I was the one called out. All they had to do was to tell me not to do it. They chose "to make an example of me." I find that unacceptable. Sorry if you disapprove.

Hello me, meet the real me
And my misfit's way of life
A dark black past is my
Most valued possession
Hindsight is always 20-20
But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy
Speak of mutually assured destruction?
Nice story, tell it to Reader's Digest!
Feeling paranoid
True enemy or false friend?
Anxiety's attacking me and
My air is getting thin
I'm in trouble for the things
I haven't got to yet
I'm chomping at the bit and my
Palms are getting wet, sweating bullets
Hello me, it's me again
You can subdue but never tame me
It gives me a migraine headache
Sinking down to your level
Yea, just keep on thinking it's my fault
And stay an inch or two outta kicking distance
Mankind has got to know
His limitations
Feeling claustrophobic
Like the walls are closing in
Blood stains on my hands and
I don't know where I've been
I'm in trouble for the things
I haven't got to yet
I'm sharpening the axe and my
Palms are getting wet, sweating bullets
Well, me, it's nice talking to myself
A credit to dementia
Some day you too will know my pain
And smile its blacktooth grin
If the war inside my head
Won't take a day off I'll be dead
My icy fingers claw your back
Here I come again
Feeling paranoid
True enemy or false friend?
Anxiety's attacking me
And my air is getting thin
Feeling claustrophobic
Like the walls are closing in
Blood stains on my hands
And I don't know where I've been
Once you committed me
Now you've acquitted me
Claiming validity
For your stupidity
I'm chomping at the bit
I'm sharpening the axe
Here I come again, whoa
Sweating bullets

I think part of the problem is that some folks on this forum were not around or were not following particular threads when the moderators declared an absolute no tolerance position. And they assume that everyone knows this who has been around for any length of time. I was surprised at how sensitive they were when I first got on this forum....but I think I learned after getting the hammer three times - and that for references less blatant than QMPASH's post. Each time I thought I was within bounds, but apparently any vague reference or innuendo is a lightning rod on this subject. POW! ZZZZZZZZZZAP!! what was that!?!?!

Wow, what a cigar. This one just blew me away. This is far superior to a Cuban Cohiba I smoked years ago. I never smoked a stick this good in my life.

The poor ladies were just getting too many calls about that membership.
It was interrupting their workflow and stuff. It was simply horrible, and had to be stopped.

I suspect they are more concerned about the fact that many (most?) people who call about it are disappointed or upset....not where you want your customers

Um, the things that shouldn't be mentioned are mentioned in the N00B thread and a few of us keep that topped to shamelessly boost our post count.

In hopes of better status.

In our own minds as there is no such thing as membership levels round here other than N00B, middler and fog .

And I received THOUSANDS of calls regarding a particular service or discount program that I was NOT providing???
Gee whiz, I might consider it.

You want another discount on top of the discount you're already getting on auction?
Gee whiz, you probably want free shipping on top of that too!
