And under $6 for single on several sites.

In fact, I don't think MSRP is even $7/stick, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

On that note, is it just me, or did CBID used to publish MSRP with every (most) ads . . . And not so much anymore?

I feel your pain also.

I've been here several years and have assumed they do not know about CI or other sites. Therefore when then see an item, they have already decided to buy without considering its worth, plus shipping, etc. They may feel a feeling of being in control or in charge by overbidding. I have no answer for you but just watch real life. Had I done that all through life, I wouln't have any savings to look back on today. If it's not a bargain, I don't buy, the end of that.

Bid on item recently, and was watching screen as it expired, second before it was call, yup, someone upped the bid. It was 14$ cheaper on CI after his last bid. It makes no sense, but glad it's their money their spending and not our.

All snipers go to h*'ll. When they get there, they are always outbid on cigars at the last second.

I wasn't THAT impressed with it! Overbidding is like a nasty rash...it flares up and goes away but always comes back.

Nah there's plenty of asshats here to ensure that will never happen, way back when I've heard stories of decent yard gar bundles going for $3-4.

I've gotten some ok stuff for a $1 per, usually it doesn't happen. Just got a box of Devils for $46. Patience is key, I've been bidding on them with a max of $49 for a long time and always get outbid. Dave woulda won the box for $34.

Got a fiver of maduro Puro authentico coronas for $11, that equals out to a $22 box of 10 and I don't think I've ever seen them that low, maybe once before. I think it was kotc that won some at $7 per fiver here recently don't quote me though!

Here's one for the ages ... a 5-pack of Flor de Las Antillas Toro is $34.50 MSRP, $32.75 at the mothership. Some dude is in for TWO at $40 each:

http://www.cigarbid.com/...s-antillas-toro-5-pack/

Not the first time I've seen these sell for some stupid money. Nice cigar, but I'm pretty sure they're not that hard to come by.

someone is paying at least 13 bucks each for a 601! WTF is wrong with people?

http://www.cigarbid.com/...duro-prominente-single/

Incidentally, I hope everyone of them have signed a (the?) petition to help prevent the FDA from ruining the cigar industry.

I used to think that . . . now I wonder, doesn't it take 2 noops to drive the price that high though? One noop alone won't bid it up that high on a mistake (no driving force).

Or maybe it's no mistake . . . LOSING IS WEAKNESS!
