You're quite welcome.Love the stuff myself. Now when some jackhole comes along trying to school you on how bourbon only comes from Kentucky.......give him a shot of GB.

research starts tonight!
You are correct about nonKentucky bourbons (as you surely know). Another fine one is Breckenridge from Colorado. Also a little pricey. But Kentucky sure makes some beauties.

Rock Hill Farms Single Barrell Bourbon. Ladies and gents, I told you all about the wonders of low priced Elmer T. Lee, believe me when I tell you that in a higher price point this is the stuff.

At a cigar bar in way south IN, had a house blend Angels Envy, that was some smooth drinking, wow, just great.
Had a Headley Grange and then a Curivari Reserva Limitada later while drinking.

I remember bags of weed measured in fingers but when did liquids start using that unit of measurement? I thought it was measured in shots or oz.

Bout.............oh, a hundred years or so ago.

A finger in a rocks glass is about a 1.5 ounce pour.

my father had a great move when asked how much he wanted poured. he'd say "two fingers" and would hold up his hand, fingers horizontal, with the index and pinkie out.

Works out to four fingers for the conceptual thought challenged readers.

'twas a wonderful match. I may have to repeat it myself later this evening. I'm taking my bottle over to my buddies.
His kids are in bed by then, the wives will be gabbing while Gordo and I delve into this bottle.
Yes I'm taking cigars!
