A wonderful OLD school Camacho Corojo gifted by Rumba, a great BOTL. Never had one of these and it is everything people on here have said it was. Perfect with some Green Spot Irish Whisky on a wonderful cool afternoon on the deck.

Sent a couple boxes to the troops in Rrumba's honor!

...Bassman45. Decided to take the Opus X plunge tonight with the first OX I ever acquired. Greg and I agreed to do a small trade back in late 2013, a 5er from me that would include a couple of Jaime Garcia Lanceros for a "nice 5er" (...Greg's description...) from him. Of course both of us were snickering as we packed up our boxes. Sure, I sent him the agreed upon cigars but also included a few Hawaii items as packing material however, the Bassman sent out more than just a "nice" 5er. He slapped me upside my head with an Opus X Lost City Toro, a PAM 64 Torpedo, Oliva Melanio V Torpedo, JG Limited Toro and an Ashton VSG Sorcerer! The LC was my very first Opus X cigar and I had always intended on saving it for a special moment. Well, in the last couple of years, I've lost a couple of dear friends and recently decided to stop waiting for that one "special" moment. Life is too short, every day is a special moment so after figuring out where I had stashed it, pulled out the LC and ashed it up. Smooth, didn't overpower me (...haven't stood up yet, maybe it'll hit me later...) and now I can see why some people go ape-chit over them. Mahalos Greg for making my first Opus a very memorable moment!

Back problems ongoing, so I decided to look for a decent cigar to smoke in the sun outside. El Primer Mundo La Hermandad maduro toro gifted by Solly in June or maybe last year came to mind , so I picked it out of the humidor. Very good cigar, lots of smoke, plenty of flavor and great burn. Thanks Solly !

...Stinger88. Last September David picked me up in the PIB / Wants and sent a God of Fire Serie B 2011 Robusto in addition to a few more great seegars. The GoF is a very tasty smoke. Thank you again...and I promise, as soon as things get kinda back to normal (...and I can find stuff...), we'll do our trade. Herfing

Glad you liked the GoF.

Hope you have a speedy recovery. Suffering from ligament damage along the right side of my mid back myself. Bad chit.

I have recently smoked through a box of skinny monsters thanks to zrx from the NBA playoff contest.

They were all very nice (except the tiff). Thanks Jamie.

🖒 I haven't heard anyone like any size of Tiffs......

Wombat had the kindest words I've read on them, but he's a Johnson ball washer.

Smoking a Tatuaje TAA 2016. Absolutely. Frickin'. Amazing. Taste, draw, aroma, construction, burn. Mind=Blown.

Hahahaha! No.

I know which cooler they're in, just haven't brought them back yet. A lot still needs to be put away before it comes home. Home renovations - gotta love 'um.

PAN 64 with thanks to Palama

I'm finally coming around to appreciating the Padron profile. They all taste the same in general, with some being a bit better in the same profile, like a strawberry vs a perfectly ripe strawberry. But, I do love a perfectly ripe strawberry. (They don't taste like strawberries)

...Jespear. I was the lucky winner of last year's "Spearprize" OpFTH prize drawing and Brother John saw fit that I have a good supply of Fuente 8-5-8 Sungrowns. Let them rest for 18 months and the first one smoked fantastically well! Thank you again John for 10 GREAT seegars and prize!

...Mikey1597. Got an *amazing* RAOK from Mikey last year with all kinds of goodies but he went w-a-y overboard by locating and sending three Fuente 8-5-8 Rosados! Ashed up one of them tonight to complete my Flor Fina wrapper comparison. It was THE best of the 5, I burnt my fingers smoking it down to the nub. Thanks again Mikey!
